I highly recommend this product. I’ve always suffered from constipation, I would almost go for a week without going to the bathroom. I’ve tried everything. Nothing would work. Fiber, laxatives, medicine you name it. Until I found this product. I’m so happy, I’m able to go daily. I feel great! My stomach is finally empty. I started with two pills and then three, I started going with the 3 pils after 2 days I went back to 2 pills, and I feel great!! I take them at night and go to the bathroom the next day before lunchtime. I go normal no diarrhea or anything like that. Get them, you will feel great!! I’ve never felt my stomach empty from going to the bathroom. I was always bloated and couldn’t poop. Now I’m happy to go the bathroom now 😃

Good product and very effective. Just bought another bottle, after a long time. Unfortunately, they have exchanged the gelatin capsules, which are natural and easy to digest, with "vegetable capsules." These usually don't sit so well with me.

Soy la persona más estreñida que puedas conocer , la carne roja y el pan causan estancamiento en mi intestino, pero empecé a tomar estas cápsulas desde hace dos semanas y han funcionado ! Le da movimiento a mis intestinos sin causar dolor y realmente ese era mi temor … había probado otros productos y no funcionaron ! Lo recomiendo plenamente, se que cada metabolismo es diferente, personalmente te digo mi metabolismo es lento y necesito tomar 4 pastillas al día y después ya sigo con solo dos diarias ! Este producto realmente funcionó para mi !

I have suffered with chronic constipation for years, 10 plus years. I would go 3-4 days without, then by day 4, I begin taking stool softeners and laxatives. I have tried everything...nothing has helped me. When I first received my Constipend, I started with a the 2 caps the first evening. I didn't have a BM the next day. So, the next evening, I took 2 caps... then 2 caps more the next morning. I had a small BM, not as much as I was hoping for. I was about to get discouraged, then I read an email from Constipend stating to start with 4 caps. Since I had already had taken the 2 from the A.M., I took 3 that evening. Then next morning I had my first regular BM. I took the 2 caps again that morning, followed by the 3 that evening. The next day I had the same wonderful results. YAY...finally something that really works. Update: after almost 2 weeks: I am still in love with your product. I suffered from serve chronic constipation and most of the time I wouldn't have a BM for 4 days....and on the 4th day I would have to take laxatives. Since I found Constipends, I have had a BM every day, sometimes two :O). It took me a couple days to find what works for me... 3 at night, 2 in the morning. I am soooo greatful to your company for this amazing product!!! Thank You. I already posted my 5 star review...I hope others who suffer really give this product a try! I started questioning if I was taking too much, so I decreased the evening caps down to 2 the following evening and 2 the next day. I tried this for 2 days, and I did not have the wonderful results as I did when I took 3 in the evening and 2 in the morning. So, I have switched back. I really feel I have found the right dose for me. Thank you so much for this product.... I am definitely a believer in it, and will spread the word!!!

After doing a lot of reading I decided on this product. It took awhile to get the dosage right. Those with colon issues may find this product painful when it’s working. I’m going to give it a little more time but I feel this isn’t the right product for me. It works but it hurts. I’m not sure it’s supposed to be that way
