So if you care about the health of your hair and scalp and you know your hair type, this is a great product for me. I shampoo once a week and condition every day and deep condition on the days that I shampoo so you combo this with its conditioner and you’ll have some healthy looking and feeling hair. My wife turned me over onto this product after we got married and I’ve been using it since One bottle last me almost a year so almost 8 months I would say, and the conditioner probably like two months

Great shampoo especially for me having low porosity hair, it lathers well you really don't need a lot and it smells good. The best shampoo I've used. But the bottle came damaged with the the pump piece on the inside of the bottle broken. Be prepared for that the packing is terrible the bottle came broke.
