Great value for money, (esp when 5.6 oz Near East boxes are compared). For quick "pandemic shutdown" meal, I just add it to my "liquid-y" heated canned vegetables, turn off the stove and it absorbs quickly like any small grained couscous. So handy. Has a nice subtle flavor, is that the Italian quality coming through? (no flavor packets of course). Same/similar grain size to the that in the tiny boxes of Near East that are prevalent in US grocery stores. Much better value for money. I intend to flavor with my favorite "Better than Boullion" pastes.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The couscous is top quality with great flavor. The price can't be beat! The "best used by" date on the 12 boxes I received is one year away, so freshness will not be a concern.

Got two meals out of the first ONE cup I fixed since I add in vegetables - fixed one with shrimp & the last meal with chicken. Will order again when almost use up the 12 boxes I computer

The media could not be loaded.  Unfortunately, I did not get to try the couscous. As soon as I opened it, I noticed the little black bugs inside and outside the individual boxes of couscous. The final kick in the teeth? I am out $30 because NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE! So, if you like (obvious) bugs in your food, this might be the product for you.

Bought a case for years of upcoming food shortages.A versatile pasta which takes up LESS storage SPACE than any other.I have repackaged in vacuum sealed Mylar bags with O2 absorbers for potential decades of storage.A few handfuls can make a gallon of soup. I made Chicken Orzo, instead of chicken noodle (or rice); be careful to not add too much, as it triples in volume.

When I typed in a search for large Israeli couscous, these came up, but are very small couscous. They are also Italian couscous.

Delicious taste - whether in salad or as an entree!
