I love this vitamin. It’s so easy to take and tastes great.

Where do I start? I was recommended by a family friend to try this to see if it would help ease my restless legs... Why haven't I found this sooner! This stuff is AMAZING and gives me so much relief! Also the ingredients seem very clean and non toxic, which is huge plus! MORE PROS: - I got the Cranberry Flavor, and OMG it tastes so good! It does look a little funny at first, which made me nervous. But once you try it, it's like a smoothie of health! So so yummy! I actually look forward to drinking it before bedtime! - Relieves restless legs (in my experience.) I'm sure it's because of the Magnesium, but I bet all the other vitamins are contributing as well! I also sleep more soundly at night when I take this! - It's a very easy way to get some concentrated minerals! Our bodies are so used to being deprived of essential nutrients and minerals, so I love how easy this makes getting that mineral intake in! CONS: - The only problem I have is that this container is not a GALLON Size! I need more and I'm sad that it doesn't last longer. But it is worth the money for your health!

I’ve had this product for quite awhile. This is a large bottle and if you aren’t consistently taking it, it will last you a long time. However, it does stay good, so that’s a plus. I’ve had genetic testing and my body does not easily absorb some vitamins and minerals so I lack several important things. I’ve been prescribed high dosages of some vitamins in capsule form and over a period of time my levels would barely raise. I eventually ended up with a new PCP and I told her that the capsules don’t seem to elevate my levels to a normal range and that constantly remembering to take capsules all the time was tiring. She did some research and asked if I had tried anything in liquid form, that maybe it would help my body absorb vitamins easier and at that point, I had not. She was going to write a script for some individual prescription liquid vitamins until we saw the price at the pharmacy and I told her that I would need to shop around and didn’t want to commit to something pricy until I knew it would work. A little more research and I came across this. This product already had a lot of reviews, and good ones at that. So I decided to bite the bullet and see what would happen. I was skeptical and didn’t take it like I should have at first, and when I went in for my quarterly labs there was actually an increase! So that’s when I knew I my body needed liquid form to be able to absorb what it needs. This product is actually cheaper than the script so I am sticking with it for now. I only gave four stars for flavor because I’m not a huge fruity flavor person but the taste isn’t bad, I just wish other flavors existed. If you’ve reached your limit on finding something that works, just give this a try!

I’ve been taking this everyday for about two weeks about 30-60min before bed. I want to say it works, my sleep has been fairly better- I usually wake up between 2/3am and stay awake for almost 1-2hrs. That hasn’t happened since I’ve been taking Ruth Mary. I have e cranberry flavor and it taste pretty good! I have four starts bc I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks and I would like to at least have a month or so of solid data to give a five start review.

This is a great concept. Easy to swallow. Cranberry is delicious. Came packaged nicely, sealed well. Expiration date was decent. This consistency. I enjoy taking it. Only thing is it’s pretty expensive. Sales happen. Otherwise it’s probably too expensive to take regularly.

I bought this in hopes that it would help my insomnia. I am very open minded when it comes to trying a new product. The sleep quality.. I feel like you'll have to use it for a while to really notice anything. It helps you 'relax' but I don't feel super tired by comparison to sleep aid (which I know is the purpose of this is to avoid otc drugs). The flavor, I bought cranberry... Let's just say... I use a chaser after drinking it. It's thick and honestly tastes like medicine. I will continue to use it and update my review if I notice any changes. So far, seems pricey for the result. However, her hand cream is AMAZING!

I've never been much of a morning person, and I think a lot of that came from not being a great sleeper. *2020 update* I have been able to stop taking sleep medication but I did so without using this product. It DOES help but for me, even natural melatonin does not give me peaceful sleep. I do recommend it but if natural products for sleep do not work for you, I would seek other methods.** I often find myself taking another half of a sleeping pill on top of what I take nightly and after trying out this liquid multi mineral, I won’t do that anymore. Fair warning, the liquid is not clear or watery. The best way to describe it is thick and almost like the pink antibiotic kids have to take. The flavor is very weird, too. It’s one of those things that you have to have a chaser nearby or just get used to it. That being said, I feel like it does actually work. I’m not brave enough to choose this over my sleep medication at night but as soon as I do, I will update. For a boost to help get my brain shut down, yes this is a great product.

The order I received has a brownish liquid color, but it should be white to off-white. I also noticed someone else made the same comment.

The product was delivered in a bad condition. The product is about to expire and expiry date is April 2022. It was produced and manufactured in 2020. Quite disgusting and the wrapper looks yellow when originally was white. Pls give me a refund now.
