Hi I unboxed this about 24 hours ago and it’s not taking shape. It’s still severely concave. How long does it take to assume it’s proper shape?

I opened mine about 24 hours ago and it is still concave at the top. I live in a cold environment, the house is about 60 degrees, I'm so eager to use it and cant wait for it to fully expand.

Would this bed wedge pillow be suitable for doing ab exercises?

i dont think this would be suitable for doing ab exercises..plus its not even comfortable to sleep on either..cost is to high..if you want to try it for exercises, get a cheaper one at walmart...

Is cover substantial and washable? I worry it could have something spill and easily soak in with no way of cleaning.
