Tastes great
I work-out and sweat a lot, and I live in Florida. I was having a hard time staying hydrated so I thought I would add this supplement. It did the trick! It tastes great and I definitely feel the difference. It helps with leg cramps, recovery, and more!

Survival in the Summer
These packets are great. They can prevent heat and dehydration issues in the Summer and can help me recover when I've pushed things too far. I never leave home without these in the Summer time. This has been one of the best discoveries for my health and nutrition. My doctor gave them an O.K. with the one concern that Iodine can be dangerous if taken too frequently. But, he gave the amount of Iodine in these packets his OK. I couldn't live comfortably in the desert Southwest without this product.

Sad it has been discontinued
I've been using this product every single morning for several years. I am deeply saddened to learn that the company is no longer making this item. I've looked, and there is nothing that comes even close to the ingredients in this product.
