We have been fighting High Blood Pressure in my husband for years. He could not tolerate any meds, they all made him have dizzy episodes and vomit. So out of desperation we went online one more time and saw a video of Dr. Wallach saying that people's blood pressures were being normalized within two weeks of getting the essential minerals. We got some along with a wrist monitor and sure enough, within a couple weeks, his BP readings are now very close to normal. In fact, yesterday we went to the Dr and the reading there was almost exactly his morning reading yesterday 130's over 80's which for him is WONDERFUL! We will buy these forever.

This is this best multi mineral supplement I have ever taken, and I've taken many over the years. I used to be in the health food and physical fitness businesses and have seen many good and bad products come and go; and stay, as well. There is definitely something about the Youngevety products that just work, and I'm not even on their program...yet! I can definitely see an improvement in mineral absorption in the appearance and texture of my nails. Hope this helps anyone and all who are interested.

I’m really giving this 4 stars because my father swears by these mineral caps. But this is now the 3rd pill I’ve came across for my husband that is literally cracked open and spilled all over in the bottle. I wasn’t going to say anything until I now came upon the 3rd one like this. Why??

Youngevity products are the best on the market in my opinion, and I've taken a substantial amount of vitamins through the years.

I love the way I feel when I take these minerals. I either take this capsule or I take the liquid of the same name. I love this product and believe that my health has improved a great deal over the last year.
