Excellent product worst installation service.
Excellent product with best suction power but worst installation provided by faber india. The product is bit noisy but looks compensates for it 😛. Seller "Kitchen Brand Store" is also very good and provided excellent support. I recommend buying from them only.

I am happy with the support and service I got from Faber and recommending the products considering both product and services quality

Struggled with After Sales Support. Faber Pune Head Office intervened and resolved
My aftersales experience is way too bad. Within 4 years it suddenly stopped working. Brand does not have their own technicians. They depends on local technicals. Service technician broke the glass hood while repairing and now they are demanding hefty amount for the replacement. Toll free numbers are of no use. The will just give u numbers of local technicians which effectively doesn’t help. I am struggling for the last one month for the replacement of broken glass. Worst experience. DONT GO FOR IT. Update on 19.04.24 After numerous follow-ups and post in review, finally Faber Head Office team from Pune has taken up the matter and delivered me the glass top with 50% discount. Though I have to pay the rest 50%, I thank Faber Pune Team to share the half amount and suggest them to send trained professionals in future.

Elegance meets utility 5*
It's an elegant piece which fits perfectly well for our open kitchen design. Review on:1500m kitchen chimney. We were looking for a chimney that not only serves the utility of high suction power but wanted a classy looking one for our classic themed kitchen and this product was just perfect. We have just installed it for our new home and I'll share the picture and reviews after using the product. Thanks to the seller for the followup on delivery status and swift response rate with our clarification. Definitely worth the price P.s -if would have been great if the screws were hidden in the design element ,which isn't that bad but just a suggestion to faber design team. Kudos

Product is very good and I installation person is very helpful.

Good product, bit loud but lousy installation service
The product is good for sure but I'm little unhappy with installation process. First one guy came, gave instructions that I should get the hole done on the wall and then call him. He charged me an advance of 250. I was hoping that he would do something like AC installation and cut the hole but he didn't get to that discussion at all. After a lot of efforts, I got the hole done on wall but then another guy came and said call a carpenter and fix the wooden board on wall. He can't do that fixing as well. I couldn't wait for them to keep coming and giving directions for installation. Finally, I installed it myself.
