Yes this will fit the 2018 Rav-4. You will need to replace the side and lower hooks with hatch huggers as the lip of the trunk at those points is not compatible with traditional hooks

It fits on our Ford Focus, Subaru Outback and Santa Fe. Each has 2 inch hitch
