I travel to clients' offices that use old DisplayPort monitors. This adapter allows me to connect those displays to my Lenovo laptop's USB-C and gives me much more display real estate. Very good item.

This item was perfect. I have a Mac all in one computer I wanted to hook to a monitor to have a second screen. I originally got an adapter. However it lagged. So I asked my 16 year old computer whiz son what the problem was and he said the adapter. So after researching I found this and it does amazing. Super fast reaction to everything.

Well built cable. I used this to hook a monitor up to a caldigit hub with USB-C. It worked once then when plugged in a second time it doesn’t work. Tried a few more times but it won’t work. I tried on a different monitor and workstation and it also did not work. Not sure what happened but it only worked once and it won’t work again which is very strange for a cable to just suddenly not work. Looked the cable all over and nothing is damaged, just took it out of the box and plugged it in and it worked, once. I disconnected the cable and reconnected but it won’t work. Tried a different monitor and it also doesn’t work. Very odd.
