Great quality for the price point
This is a nice little pack for a day or two out. This is my third Teton pack and as with the others, my only complaint is getting them fully adjusted to my torso and hip placement is a bear. The other issue is the lack of rigidity in the frame sheet, but I plan on fixing that by adding an additional support sheet.Pros:Great size and better organization optionsLightweightGood padding on the back and straps.Built in rainflyCons:Only one routing hole for hydration bladderLack of rigidity in the frame sheet (but good aluminum stay so this can be a neutral)The color is god awful.Lack of padding on the hip belt (this is the most important con)Other than that, this is a great 1-2+ day pack and the quality for the price is excellent. I recommended this as with other Teton packs.

Still last
I bought it 6 years ago and still in good condition. Might be a little dirty but really useful. I went to about 12 hiking trips, 5 international trips and 6 domestic trips. There no rips and scratches to the bag.

A decent Lightweight pack.
Pros:1: Lightweight. At 1.8pounds in the description (I weighed it In at 2.1lbs) For those UL geeks out there it is a very light pack2: Equipment storage versatility. This 26L-27L (depends where you look) may be on the much smaller side when it comes to equipment storage, however if packing properly the Cirque 1600 puts everything away with ease! The side pockets are really amazing as well as the inside mesh zipper compartment. The side-mesh bottle holders are also very well done and can be used to even fit other equipment if desired.3: ComfortThe Cirque 1600 is rather comfortable. If packed properly, hiking is a breeze. Even without a cushioned waist strap it still feels great.plenty of mesh padding on the back and shoulders.Cons:1: Even though the size is nice, I think Teton should offer essentially the same pack but slightly larger (And no, not the Pursuit 2000. The pack doesn’t even come near the Cirque) Would LOVE to see Teton come out with essentially the same pack, just in a LARGER option up to perhaps a 45L pack.2:Missed storage opportunity. The Cirque 1600 can easily have an upgraded version of itself along with some sort of open-mesh front style compartment. Just another way to store certain equipment to be even MORE EFFICIENT. Mesh waist belt with zipper storage compartments would also be a great addition as well.3: No rain cover compartment.Probably a minor con, however my personal preference it is nice to have a bottom zipper compartment for your rain cover for your pack.

Small pack for summer gear
Couldn’t find light weight pack that fit my gear for summer that was economical and comfortable. This was my answer. This pack is my second one because my hubby liked mine. My 10 yr old granddaughter carried it in the mountains. The side mesh pockets are not super sturdy, if you drag the pack on the ground when picking it up(10 yr old mistake). I would recommend this pack for anyone looking for a decently lightweight pack that won’t break your bank.

Excellent daypack
This is the second Teton backpack for me and while I haven't had a chance to use it yet, it appears to be just as sturdy as my older smaller one. This is meant to be a skiing backpack big enough to fit extra gloves, lunch and other misc items for myself and 3 kids. The idea was that it can be flat enough, yet have enough capacity to fit all of this without being too bulky. This seem to fit the bill perfectly. It's also got a nice sturdy back, which is good to have for active sports as extra back protection, and good support with chest and belly straps. The pocket on the bottom strap is not big enough for a 6" screen phone, but it can fit couple of granola bars for easy access.I'm hoping it'd perform and last as well as my other Teton.

Strap broke after only a couple of uses
My wife used this backpack about 4 times before our big trip to hike to the bottom of the Grand Vanyon and back up.The strap that secured around her waist broke halfway thru the hike, so for the next 6 hours it was not secure and bounced around.Very disappointed.

Probably works great if you're young.
I saw the Cirque 1600 recommended in a hiking video. Ordered both the 1600 and the Pursuit 2000. Looking for a smaller pack with more room to pack than my Osprey 22. I hiked 5KM with the Pursuit packed with 10 lbs. and noticed it was much more tiring on my shoulders than the Osprey. It doesn't seem to distribute the weight as well through the hips, which probably translates to more packing space. I'm over 65 so you may be able to get away with less hip support. Otherwise, a nice pack. Good luck getting the rain cover out of the Pursuit. It's velcroed into its sack at the bottom. The Cirque 1600 has the rain cover in the top pocket, which seems like a waste of a very accessible spot. I would move it elsewhere.

Great
Can't beat the value. Low cost, configuration feels like a much larger pack than it is. Well constructed and can hold a lot. Very lightweight. Only used it once so far, but feels like it will hold up decently and very comfortable even without the hip belt wings larger packs have. Sure, it's not a $300 UL pack with roll-down top and UL materials, but for $35 nothing comes close to the value or low weight.
