After using them for a variety of meals, I can say these are by far the best pans I have ever used. They have made cooking fun again. I love these pans! I had bought the same brand in a different size and it lasts for a long time. The non-stick surface is amazing! My food slides right off. Cleans up really well. I will always recommend ceramic coating and this brand is great! It was also a great deal and I love the two different sizes!

My husband says I should have a youtube channel for trying out non stick cookware. If you have ever own non stick cookware you will know that nothing is perfect. They all scratch and after a certain time the coating all starts to chip and the non stick doesn't work as well. I have purchased the really expensive brands right down to the cheap ones at my local Big lots store. To me they are all the same. Doesn't matter if they are made of copper, diamonds, granite, or whatever new material, they all have the same faults. I also have read a lot about the health effects of using a product that flakes off the pan as you cook it. All I needed something for was to make eggs and some pancakes for my family once in a while. This set was perfect. Small one made my eggs and the larger one pancakes. I can say I have had it for months with constant use and it is just now starting to show the wear and tare. When I compare quality of this pan set to the one my family member has that cost 5x this much that we bought around the same time, it is amazing how well this simple set has stood up to use. My family member actually remarked how their pan, just like the rest failed to maintain safe use. They went home and bought a set from Amazon just like I have. Will this last you forever? NO. Will it provide quality use and durability better than other brands - Yes! Note: I can't tell you how well this will hold up in the dishwasher because since we use it for eggs and pancakes, I wash immediately by hand. The use of these pans is so easy they wipe clean and then I wash quickly under water. They are really a great little set.

These pans are great and clean up easily. You do need to add a little oil or butter but washes nicely. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the handles do get hot so you must use a hot pad on it.

Great pans. I'm using less butter as a nonstick agent because the eggs slip right out. Sturdy and rugged compared to my t-fal set. I love that the handles are metal and riveted to the pan vs plastic handled sets with a Phillips head screw that backs out.

I can cook an egg without it sticking! They are easy to clean. I haven't attempted to put them in the dishwasher yet. We've had them a few months now and they still work as well as they did when we bought them. I'd suggest washing them well and maybe boiling water in them before you actually use them. They have a bit of a smell the first couple of times you use them but it goes away. They've chipped a little on the top edges but I haven't had any scratches. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for good quality non stick pans. I hope they make any updated versions stackable. That's about the only thing that would make them perfect Upon updating to a glass stovetop, I would not recommend these for a glass stovetop. They were great on an electric coil range but food is sticking a lot with the glass top. With that being said, after a year of use, hand washing, and silicone utensils, they have a few chips around the top rim, but not in the pan. They have held up well. I would highly recommend them, much better than Teflon, ceramic, or stainless steel. I've been able to use minimal oil to cook.

The pan set war great at first but slowly over the year I've had it, the non-stick ability has worn off. I have cooked with them using only medium-low to medium heat only and have never placed it in the oven and handwash them using dishwashing liquid and a cotton cloth. I've also only used silicon utensils with them. Anything and everything sticks to them now, even something as simply as frying an egg. The warranty states that the non-stick coating is limited to two (2) years from the purchase date. I tried emailing Blue Diamond at the email address listed on their website but never received a response. Their products are not worth the money!

Had one, ordered two more in different sizes! Perfect, nice weight, cook great and wash like a dream!

I have done the pancake test, and even got distracted while an egg was burning on the stove. Still in excellent good as new condition. One egg stuck, but it was my fault, the pan was too hot, and it can off easily. Poor eggs! Easy to clean. Feeling good.

These work perfectly! When choosing these, I saw some comments about them not being non stick enough. I have no idea what those people had done to the pans to get that experience but these pans are practically frictionless. After a few uses, I did inadvertently leave a pan on very high heat after cooking a steak. It washed up perfectly with no change to the coating or discolouration etc. I shall be buying more of these pans! Truly excellent cooking experience!

Despite the claims and price tag, food started sticking terribly to the fry pan after less than six months. I used and cleaned exactly as directed, but there were areas of the non-stick coating washing off. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to return this item for a refund or replacement, but I can warn others to avoid and look elsewhere for non stick fry pans.
