It has good weight and does not feel cheap. I wasn't sure what to expect I have no use for it other than the awesome look. I recommend patience, a driver with a decent handle as you'll be applying pressure when installing screws, and good lighting. They provide extra screws in the bag. Sort them before you start and it is easy to figure out. I also referenced product listing pictures during assembly. My truck: TRX-4 Sport (Tan) Traxxas 8010X Ford Bronco Body Traxxas 8140 Lift Kit (Black) Traxxas 8170 tires (2.2") ebay 2.2" beadlock wheels (25mm width) - Pictured I wrote this on 6/9 and completed the build above from new TRX-4 to completed Bronco in about 7 hours between 6/5 - 6/6. The wheels are awesome but took a while to assemble. I 100% recommend this hitch too.

Looks amazing and true to the 1/10th scale truck, also well built.

Overall, great quality hitch! I didn’t realize that it was coming completely disassembled though. Would’ve been convenient if it came with an assembly diagram, but wasn’t that bad to figure out.

Definitely like the looks of the ball and receiver and it works great as well. I had no idea about the features it has until I put it together and used it the first time, neat little unit.

Once built it’s beautiful. But getting it assembled is a little tricky. If you don’t want to assemble something don’t get this. No instructions.

I like that the scale size was 100% correct. I did not like that there was no functionality to the actual pintle hitch. So for an hour and a half I sat there with jeweler files and little screwdrivers and I made it function. That’s why I’m giving it the full stars

Love the way it looks on my Traxxas Defender but no instructions on putting it together or which screw go's where but with patience it will come together.

Was as described in as in the pictures. All the screws were accounted for, came with extra screws. It does come with the chain as well. Works wonderfully, do not forget to use locktight or it will fall apart. Can adjust how easy the locking mechanism moves by how tight you screw it down.
