Womens Swimsuit One Piece Powerflex Ultraback Solid

I got my regular dress/pant size and it fit great! Super comfortable and great coverage - especially the back side. Color is awesome - I got the pink/purple stripe. So impressed that I ordered the same suit in blue. We'll see how it holds up to 3-4 times per week of swimming. For the price point, I'd expect to have to replace it at least once per year. Even the super expensive suits with special fabric to combat chlorine only last for so long.

This Speedo one‑piece is a total win. The Powerflex material hugs in all the right places, and the Ultraback style gives a sleek, athletic look that’s still feminine. It’s comfortable, flattering, and makes you feel like you’re gliding through the water. A perfect blend of sporty and stylish.

Fit is always a concern. Fit for me says nothing about fit for you. Here's what you may want to know. I swim in a chlorinated pool. I swim two, maybe three times a week for about an hour each time. After six weeks the fade was so strong I had to buy another suit. I wear a vest to help me exercise. There was no discoloration under the vest so the fade pattern started to look funky and inappropriate. What do you learn? I bought this bathing suit, it quickly fades in chlorinated water with some use, and six weeks later when I had to buy a replacement suit I bought this same one again. I'm open to suggestion on what else to do or what else to look for. Your mileage may vary.

Holds everything in for a smooth swim! I am a 14 and the top is a teenie bit loose, but not a huge deal.

UPDATE: This swimsuit lasted 4 weeks and then began to shred. It's claims to be chlorine-resistant are false. The PowerFlex fabric stretches when it gets wet so choose one size smaller than the measurements. It feels a bit tight when you put it on but you will be glad you sized down. It fits well for swimming laps. My shoulders have freedom of movement, the straps don't dig into my shoulders, and my boobs don't feel like they will tumble out. I struggled for a month to find a chlorine-resistant swimsuit suitable for lap swimming (no constriction of my arm movement) that fit my curvy body type. Speedo has at least 5 different sizing systems, which makes things really hard to navigate. Even though I used the sizing tool on Speedo's website for this specific suit and also double checked the measurements (both indicated a size 16), the size 16 was baggy even when dry. I had to size down one size to get a suitable fit. I'll report back on durability in a few months.

If I could give it zero stars I would. At first, I thought the swimsuit was great because it fit my long torso, which is really hard to find. So I guess it gets one star for long torso people. In about 6 I noticed the dark black color was fading really bad. Shortly After that, I noticed it was stretching out pretty bad. Within 8-9 months, it was so stretched out I could no longer wear it without something underneath so it became my drag suit. I wore it anywhere from 1-3 times a week in an indoor gym swimming pool. I always rinsed before and after and washed according to its care instructions. So for about 9 months I wore it 1-2 times a week as a drag suit and still cared for it all the same. By 17 months, the suit has officially shredded at the seams and is literal trash. Do not buy this suit. Period.

I am very self conscious of my tummy. This swimsuit is very comfortable and flattering. It not too high in the leg/crotch area which I love and never get a wedgie with it. The color block is perfect for creating a slimmer silhouette.

I'm glad I finally took the time to read the other reviews. Thought it was just me and my strenuous workouts! I have purchased 5 of these suits in 8 months. Bottom line: it fades. I even soak them 10 minutes in cold water with splash of vinegar, rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze to dry on a towel indoors. I swim 3-4 days a week, 1 hour each session. Can't get past the fading every time directly on the middle of my back, and spots over my belly within 45 days. I will be looking elsewhere going forward. I've purchase blue and black. Both fades, but black seems to be less noticeable.

Fit perfectly

I ordered my usual size and this fits too big, which means air bubbles get caught in the suit every time I do a flip turn. Plus the fabric isn't very thick, so too much shows from underneath! Am disappointed for the price and name brand.
