Replenix Acne Solutions Acne Wash 10% Benzoyl Peroxide, 8 oz

Ive been using this product for about 4 months now. Im on my 3rd bottle. Let me first say this, at first I thought this product was a waste of money. However I musty say now after be patient and giving the product time to work this product definitely works!!!!!!!!!! It truly has changed my acne problem which ive had for over a decade. Im a black male from the Caribbean, Im from the island of Barbados. I have tried so many products out there. and none of them worked. All of them failed including "proactive", that only made my acne worst. I've been using this product for a while now, at first it did not do much for my acne, but as any medication i guess it needed time to work. After my second bottle I realised that my break outs on my forehead had absolutely stopped, i was only getting breakouts on my cheeks and between the area between my eyes and ears. I used to have acne all over my face however now that's no longer the case. I must say that this one with the aloe vera is much better for persons who have sensitive skin. Use this one if that's your case the aloe vera will help to keep your skin soft and not dry it out. I did some further research and combined the use of this product with a face lotion which I apply at night after using this product. That product is benzoyl peroxide 10%lotion by (janmarini), this combination is an excellent one. Both products contain benzoyl peroxide with is the best ingredient for acne. I also started to use a facial moisturiser which is a key thing you must do to keep your skin moisturised when using these products. Cetaphil facial moisturizer is the best on the market.This combination has dealt with my acne. Ive gone from having acne breakouts and bumps on my face every day to having a bump or two once and a while. I will say that I do get one or two bumps every now and then, but they only last for two to three days the most. Before using this products breakouts would be a whole set of painful huge bumps all over my face and they would take an entire week or more to go away or lessen. Im surely glad I gave it the time to work as I can say that of the last 5 going 6 weeks from every day acne to no or very little acne which doesn't bother. Right now my face is acne free, not a single bump and im loving it.This products works for sure. Be patient and give it a few weeks, and use a cetaphil facial mositurizer (make sure its a moisturiser for your face, and that its non-comedogenic and fragrance free) the best one to use is from cetaphil. And use a good facial wash, the best one on the market is benzaderm wash with aloe vera a product of derma topix. This combination will give you clean clear skin.I am no spokes person for any of these products but I can tell you they work. Im from a little island in the Caribbean called Barbados. I've always dealt with facial and body (mostly back) acne for the majority of my teenage and adult life. When I turned 21, I decided to see a dermatologist about starting a prescription skin care regimen. I was prescribed two different medicines, a clindamycin phosphate solution and a benzoyl peroxide gel. I started using both of these products, the clindamycin in the morning, and the benzoyl peroxide in the evening before bed. I saw some pretty great results, but I still had some acne around my chin, specifically under the corners of my mouth. I decided that I would try out a benzoyl peroxide wash but I was unsure about where to buy it, and what strength of a wash would be appropriate for my skin. I bought this wash and began applying in in the shower to my face, shoulders, back, and chest. Immediately, I saw amazing results in the overall appearance of my face and body. My complexion seems to improve with each application, thought I still get the occasion pimple every now and then. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to clear up their skin and improve the overall appearance of their complexion.Tips:1) This wish doesn't foam or lather well, so I wouldn't recommend using a scrub, wash cloth or loofah. I usually squeeze about a quarter-sized amount into my hand and rub it between both hands. I then apply it to my face and work my way down to my shoulders, back, and chest. I massage the wash into my skin for about two to three minutes, and then rinse it off with water.2) If you are using it before bed, I would recommend that you avoid the eye or mouth area. When you sleep, both your lips and and eyelids touch and this will prevent the skin from properly removing the outer layer of skin. This can possibly lead to burns, itching, and irritation on the affected area, or dermatitis in more severe cases. This in-turn, will lead to more acne.4) If you are using this product in combination with any other products (cleansers, toners, moisturizers), make sure to read the labels for the active ingredients. Some products made for the treatment of acne can contain small amounts of benzoyl peroxide (the main ingredient in this wash), and cause damage to your skin such as redness, irritation, itching, or burning. If any of these symptoms occur, make sure you stop using this product immediately until you can figure out what irritated your skin, it could be that this wash is too strong, or maybe another product you were using also contained benzoyl peroxide.

Okay, after reading all the glorifying reviews I felt compelled to buy one of these "magical" bottles.If relevant, I have a light caramel skin tone. Kind of like Jason Mamoa's. Anyhow, I had back acne or bacne, and Keratosis Pilaris on my tricep area a.k.a. chiken skin. Long story short, after almost a month and a week it has done nothing. My skin conditions started clearing up after I began using a brush twice a week to exfoliate my skin. Especially on my chicken skin which has almost completely disappeared.Oh and DO NOT APPLY OVERNIGHT! That's what I was doing and it is a mistake. Not only does it bleach clothing and bedsheets, it make your back crazy itchy. You've been warned. Also, if somehow if you apply it close to your armpit area just before it becomes the back area, you will get a rash. Why? because it will mix with your deodorant and have some weird chemical reaction.In short:-No results-Itchy-Rashes on the back sides of my armpits-Bleached 2 of my bedsheets-Didn't work for me
