I was diagnosed with spinal issues years ago but have used back exercises to manage the flare ups of pain. I also get muscle spasms about once a year. 2 years ago, I started a business out of my home. I am constantly bending over, sitting on the floor, or sitting a computer all of which can cause me tremendous pain at any moment.I have a family member that has back issues as well. She recently purchases a new couch with a lumbar support pillow that she couldn't stop talking about. I decided since I wasn't getting a new sofa, to try just a regular lubar support pillow. This one was affordable and had decent reviews so I decided to give it a try.I leave it attached to my chair during the day so when I do get a chance to sit, it is there. Not only is the pressure I feel when I lean back on it soothing to my back, it also forces me to keep good posture. I find myself straightening my shoulders and tightening my abs. I also find that I continue to maintain this posture as I get up and do other tasks. I know from past experience that strengthening my core will also continue to help keep my back strong.I have also found it useful to use for my neck. It is great to support your head while watching tv or at night while sleeping. I sometimes bunch my pillow up or prop another pillow under my pillow to get an arch to support my neck. This does the trick without having to make my own makeshift support.The mesh cover is comfortable, breathable, and machine washable. The memory foam seems high quality so I have no worries of the roll going flat. I would highly recommend this lumbar support roll to anyone with back or neck pain or even headaches.

Too soft. Adjustment not tight enough

I really needed a lumbar support and a roll like this was recommended by my chiropractor. Well this definitely gives me that support I needed! Although at times it feels too firm, but that is when my Fibromyalgia is acting up. This really does give me some pain relief and it really isn't too firm, as it is memory foam.

It’s very firm! Not like the standard original Mackenzie roll. Great quality! It’s not as squishy as the standard McKenzie at the physical therapist office, same size though. Its very high quality, and very firm memory foam.

I have support pain relief and comfort with my Lumbar Roll.I am very satisfied with it.

Overall, I liked this lumbar support pillow a lot. I find it to be firm but not hard and uncomfortable. I use it mainly in the car while driving and it provides nice support for my lower back during my very long commute (90+ minutes one way). The mesh cover of the pillow is not the softest I've ever felt, but I wouldn't say it's scratchy either. It has a zipper on the underside, which I assume is so that you can take the pillow insert out of the cover. I attempted to take the pillow out to see how difficult it would be, but gave up because it was, in fact, difficult and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the pillow back in. I think this could be resolved if the zipper just opened a bit further. My only other criticism is of the box that the pillow comes in. The packaging looks clean and professional, but on the box it is referred to as a "lumber roll" when it should be "lumbar." This error really takes away from the professionalism of the company in my opinion. But otherwise, the product itself is good.

Muy incómodo, utópico de usar, pensé que se ajustaría a la forma de la espalda pero es justo como se ve en la imagen y NO se acopla. Es suave al tacto pero el cilindro no cambia su forma a menos de se ejerza mucha fuerza, utópico. Me arrepiento mucho de esta compra. Mejor terminé usando un cojín delgado común y corriente como apoyo lumbar.

Lo uso en mi silla y es muy funcional después de 4 meses de usarla ya está algo desgastada pero su función siempre fue muy firme en la zona lumbar sin duda me ayudó en mi postura

I find it hard to get use to and sometimes I just have to remove it, but I’m sure the more I use it, the better it will be!

Oh my very hard if I use my back is painful ‘ I did not use’ wasting the money’ like a stone’

It's pretty comfortable but takes too much space on my office chair and in the car. It makes your seat feel like it's too short.
