I already ordered periwinkle from Outsidepride and its on its way. Is this impatiens the same as the periwinkle? Will it grow here in Guam. Guam is a tropical island. Thanks.

Impatiens are different from Periwinkle. They both have intense color, are lower growing, and a similar bloom, but Impatiens perform best in partial to full shade whereas Periwinkle prefers more sun. They have similar characteristics but are two very different plants. If kept in full shade, the Impatiens may do ok in Guam.

Can I plant these outdoors in late spring?

No, your seeds need to be started indoors for about 10 - 12 weeks prior to transplanting the plants outdoors in late spring
