ASUS Vivo AIO All-in-One Desktop PC, 23.8” Full HD Touch Display, Intel Core i5 Processor, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD, Windows 10, V241FA-DS501T

Great computer, came with all the exact specs as stated including the touch screen & wireless keyboard/mouse. One BIG problem was they installed Windows on the 1TB 5400RPM and NOT the 128gb SSD. The SSD was totally empty and being used as a storage drive. An obvious error but I am tech savy and cloned the drive over the SSD and swapped them. I got this one from Amazon Warehouse which may be why that happened. Otherwise a super nice machine for the discounted price I paid (600).

Product arrived on time and was exactly as described.....no issues, we love the computer!

I had this computer for 10 months. Everything was going fine. Suddenly it "lost" the bluetooth, nothing anywhere. No icon, nothing in device manager. So, OK, I bought a dongle for the bluetooth. Two weeks later it would not connect to the internet! I use this computer for business purposes so I really needed the internet connection. I took it to a local store that will repair computers. They tried downloading a new driver to no avail. I had to SHIP it for repairs. I stopped keeping boxes a long time ago. So...I had to purchase a box that the computer would fit into. First, I had to get "approval" to send it in for repair as I had also contacted their own online support and went through ALL of the steps to try and repair it at my home. OK, I packed it as best I could with A LOT of padding. I was not very confident that this was going to be successful. I had to purchase a shipping label from ASUS at the cost of 15.00+. It went by FedEx and I received the confirmation that it had arrived at the repair destination. After DAYS I had to call the online support because they were NOT showing that they had the computer. Finally, it shows they received it and they would be working on it. This is not the end of the story.... Several days later I get an email that their is damage due to MY fault. Of course....it was caused during shipping. The VERY BLURRY picture they sent show damage to the upper screen. So...I try to fill out a form saying that the damage was caused during shipping and that I DID NOT damage it. The form would not submit, I tried several times. Finally....I just decided to pay the ADDITIONAL 250.00 for the repair. I have NO FAITH that this will be returned fixed or damage free. I am DISGUSTED with their "support". I will NOT EVER BUY AN ASUS COMPUTER AGAIN!!!

Great computer. Bought it for my office. Went to buy 3 more and they raised the price 150 dollars. Bought a different brand.

Haven't used their tech support so I don't know if tech support is good. I replaced an all in one system that was first on the market and more than 10 years old. That system was difficult to upgrade. I enjoy the speed of the new system.

Love the PC it goes from M/KBD to touch screen flawlessly - had a Dell wow this is so much better

Do NOT BUY this computer!!!! If I could give less than one star on this I would. I have only had this computer installed for 3 months and it had a major Hard Drive crash and Network Card Failure. I had to contact ASUS directly as it is still under warranty and they are telling me I have to return the computer to them at my costs and this will take up to 3 weeks or longer, and they will not even provide a new computer that pay for and then once they receive my return defective computer they can credit my account back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They even note in all their recorded messages they are an award Winner of BEST IN CLASS PRODCUT WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...Not, Not, Not. Do not buy this computer because if you have an issue such as hardware failure...good luck working with ASUS Warranty and Customer Service Department. SHAME on them for the way they handle this situation and they even ask me to provide my passwords to access the returned computer which is a HUGE breach of my personal information and stored information of the Hard Drive. If this could be NEGATIVE Star rating I would. It performed nicely until a week ago and then crashed!!!! Poor Poor Warranty and Customer Service and No options to truly assist the end customer! I would NEVER recommend ASUS or their Products.

I really like this PC. Very easy to setup and works with no issues. The display is great and it is very quiet when in use.
