Oh just forget EVERY other bottle cutting jig...
Trying to cut bottles to make lighting fixture... I tried every type out there, even made my own that was beefier and better aligned than the ones available for purchase. Yes - they all cut bottles, but never had better than 1 in 3 success, and even then, the "one" usually required significant sanding.BUT... I've got a table saw. :-DSo I gave this little diamond blade a try...Even without water cooling, just going very slow, this little blade went right through bottle glass, leaving an almost perfect cut needing just minor post-cut smoothing.I ginned up a jig that made it easy to turn the bottle on the blade while using a pump spray bottle to spray water while cutting - even better results - I'm talking 9-in-10 success.FORGET glass cutters and hot water and nichrome wire and lighters and every YouTube video you've seen. If you have a saw - this is the way to go.

Does the job very well
I've used this to cut the bottoms off wine bottles to make hanging lanterns. Works great. Thinner than most so it does a nice job.

Smooth cuts, love it
I used this to cut glass, natural stone, and porcelain mosaic backsplash with my Harbor Freight wet tile saw. The cut felt smooth as butter with minimal chipping. I could not ask for more. I have tried a HF brand, a Dewalt, and this is by far the best. It made the job so much easier, I am kicking myself for not purchasing this sooner.

Good product for cutting glass
Works well for cutting thick glass. Have to go slowly and let the diamonds do the work. Very little and extremely tiny "chippage" along the edges.Did a very satisfactory job for me. I appreciated the somewhat thicker body of the blade, since it did not flex, like some of the other blades I have used.

but thought maybe it was a fluke coming out so good. I have now done 3 and they are ...
I'm not a Pro... Just a hobbyist... I cut bottles and make them into candles for presents... I welded a machine to do this and have been using a Dewalt Diamond blade. I was getting a lot of chips and broken bottles so decided to invest 20 bucks in this blade... OMG!! What a difference a Blade makes!! I wanted to write a review after the first bottle, but thought maybe it was a fluke coming out so good. I have now done 3 and they are all nothing short of perfect. This cuts down on my hand sanding time Immensely. Well worth the 20 Bucks!!

Nothing special - preferred the DeWalt blade
This product doesn't work well for 1/4 glass tile. It kept cracking the tiles. The DeWalt glass tile blade I got from Lowes worked a lot better.

Great for glass bottles and tile
I wanted to cut some wine bottles to make drinking glasses. I bought one of the class cutting tools that scores the glass and using heat and cool water, it should break. I got one out of four bottles to work, which meant I had to drink more wine and 4 bottles of whiskey. I bought a small table saw and this blade was perfect for getting nice clean cuts without any cracks or rough edges. I've got a whole set of glasses now for my outside bar!

Does not cut
Says it’s for plastic and I can’t even make a cut deeper than a scratch on the plastic. Too bad I wasn’t ready to cut until the return window closed. Pointless for any other projects I would ever have.
