Great price for an great gate belt. It provides comfort for a patient or family member who has just had abdominal surgery. It is machine washable. This should not be use on more than one patient because it can not be sanitized after each use, there for great for home health care.

I like the width of this belt. It doesn't cut into my dad when I use it. The handlers are helpful depending on what I'm doing with him.

Thought we would like the handles on the back but we went back to using the regular gate belt because it felt more secure

I had to return this. It would not stay tight on patient with valance issues. It is thin and therefore comfortable to sit or lay in as opposed to some of the thicker ones with lots of handles. If it is for a person with very minor balance issues it could work but I dont think you can count on it not coming loose in a situation where you are really preventing a fall.

I love having the handles to hold on to while walking my mom around the house. It is very comfortable for her as well, does not dig into her, like the average belt.

I used this for my mom, I like the handle in between the pad which helped me to grab it and hold on to her back.
