I don't have exact dimensions but I'd say perhaps 14" x 4.5". Don't be fooled though it's very dense, surprisingly heavy, sturdy etc. The base is a heavy rubber that I've found simply doesn't slip around and the hitting material is excellent, tough, dense. Almost makes you better than you really are. Great product.

Is it at least fairly realistic to a real fairway? Is the terf bushy to imitate real grass? Or is it just a flat mat?

It is a durable, fairly realistic mat. It won't fall apart and although not like hitting off real grass it still has a good feel. It's not bushy like rough, it's more like fairway length. It's a good product and works well to hit into a net.

Where can you get extra (and longer) tees for it? Or can you use regular tees. I will be hitting off a deck

Per my husband, "I use regular tees. I actually take a pair of pliers and clip off the bottom of the tee so it isn't so high."He has his mat in the garage and hits into a hitting net.
