I wasn't sure what I was getting for the price. Well I can tell you a lot. I went from using a magnifying glass and barely making out the dates, to being able to see the pitting on old coins. The adjustment knobs could use some work but it works well for me. The LCD screen is sharp and crisp. If you add a SIM card you can store photos. All in all great Microscope for the money and I will probably use this for painting models as well.

I was a beginner, and this was very easy to use. I use it for coins, jewelry, and even some print I can't see. It is easy to set up and easy to use. It comes with instructions. The pictures are clear, and the price is right.

I think this is a decent product for what it is, but don’t expect a high-end microscope. I wasn’t looking for professional-grade quality, so I’m not disappointed, but I do think buyers should be realistic. It’s frustrating when people expect $1,000 performance from a product that costs around $30–$50. You’re not paying for premium equipment here, and that’s okay, just be realistic about your expectations! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, who’s currently into coin collecting. He didn’t specifically ask for a microscope, but I thought it might be something he’d enjoy. For the price (under $50), I was actually pleasantly surprised. I opened it early to test it out and make sure everything worked before gifting it, just in case I needed to return it. The assembly was simple, and I tested it using a penny. The zoom/focus works well, and the screen is surprisingly crisp for this price range. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. First, the stand is a bit wobbly. The microscope camera is lightweight, but the plastic base is even lighter, which makes the whole setup top-heavy. Even small actions, like adjusting the zoom, pressing buttons, or repositioning a coin, can cause it to shake. For some users, that might be annoying. Personally, I don’t think my son will mind it, and I'm sure he’ll figure out how to work around it. Another minor issue is the height of the stand. It's fairly short, so you can’t get the entire coin in the field of view, even with a small coin like a dime. You only see a cropped portion unless you reposition the coin multiple times. However, the included manual suggests a workaround: turn the camera facing the other way and place the stand on top of a book (or stack of books) to raise the overall height - it includes pictures in the booklet showing you how to do this. This allows you to view the entire coin in one frame and then fine-tune the focus for detail. Overall, it’s a solid beginner microscope for casual use, especially for kids or hobbyists. Just manage your expectations and understand what you're getting for the price.

Works well. easy to use right out of the box. Works perfect. Has sharp clear 4.3 inch color screen , takes pictures and videos. I think it is a very good deal. I paid $33.I purchased it on Amazon. It came right away the same day. screen is Clear and bright and easy to use a fun tool/toy for sure ,it is cool. It came well packaged and unbroken. I would highly recommend this microscope for a beginner scope only because I want a more powerful one the next step up . they are so awesome I want another one ,the more powerful one ,same company although ,I would definitely buy it again . it would make a great present . There is another world its a small world , and now I can see it yippie! also the more expensive ones are a lot more expensive but they have three lenses versus the one lens like I purchased. if I had to describe this product in one word it would be "FUN" it's also functional I can see the condition of my finger nails and skin. That has an adjustable light wheel with lots of light and the focus is easy and smooth to turn Producing a sharp clear picture. I really like the ability to scroll through the pictures that I have taken in this microscopic world. it charges up nicely and the battery last a long time which is rechargeable I am old school where I have used microscopes that you put your eyeball up to that lens eyepiece most of the time unable to see anything. This is so modern and easy to use amazing!

This microscope is great! Very clear digital screen, adjustable, 4x magnification. Fun to use and stable on any flat surface. For price can’t complain.

First, I've been using this microscope for about a month and I still am loving it! It provides very clear information on items with very small writing. It is a little tricky on items that are super shiny, but I can still make out the marks by adjusting the lighting. It was a little rocky at the start as the first microscope I ordered the charging point was defective, I returned it and got another one in which the battery was defective, it wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted the seller and they responded within hours to my email which I mentioned all the things I did to try to get it to charge. They determined it was the battery and sent one out directly from China. The new battery arrived within 7 days and it's been working ever since without issue. The customer service department was professional, courteous, and expedient. I highly recommend this brand and this item.

For its price, it does well at its most basic function--on screen viewing. It's easy to focus and use, the LEDs and multiple brightness settings are nice, the screen is not at all bad for its size. However, things get disappointing from there. The base is plastic and cheap, which means the whole thing shakes when you push the buttons. And in photo mode, the large rubbery "OK" button is the shutter. I can't push it enough to take a photo without causing blur! Then I thought, if I connect it to my Mac, I can take photos and videos on my Mac, I don't have to press a button. I plugged it in. It's compatible, it works with Mac Photo Booth, I took a couple nice photos. But after a few seconds the picture stutters and freezes. I tried different USB2 and USB3 cables, always same result. If you just want to view things on the built-in screen, it'll do that okay. But if you want to capture photos or connect it to a Mac/PC, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Im giving it 5 star simply for the image and zoom quality of this is exceptional. I bought it to use for watchmaking, and it surpassed my expectations. Now, the base shakes with any slightest movement. It has a built in micro scale, which adds some weight to the base. Nit sure if the scale works, but if so, that will be nice. For what I use it for, it works perfectly as is. Here is a piece of human hair next to some engraving on a watch I was working in. For scale. Also, this wasnt nearly zoomed in all the way either. Still had plenty of stroke left
