I already left a good feedback rating for the prompt shipping and great packaging of the product, but I have finally had time to put Screen Joy to use and here are my impressions.Like most people, I have plenty of touch screen devices around the house and with also having a teenage son and a 8 year old daughter, every device I own has smudges and fingerprints all over it.So shopping for a computer screen cleaner on Amazon took some time to research. I ultimately gave Screen Joy a try because the product is new and the product maker advertised that the screen cleaning formula is made for modern devices.The packaging and labels of the product on the Amazon page looked really professionally made so I felt as if they put some time into developing this.I also looked at some of the other products made by the company that makes this (IX Better Home) and they have GREAT reviews for their other stuff and people really seem to like the customer care they provide. That's really important to me and the shipping was free so I thought, "Why not?".Ok, so my first use was actually on the dirtiest item in the house... my Microsoft Surface tablet, who knows what my daughter actually has on her hands but spots of gunk had actually DRIED onto the screen. Gross.Screen Joy just cleaned that gunk right off with no problem! My Surface tablet looks like it's brand new now.Good start out of the gate, which made me eager to try it on other things in the house, my flat screen TV and three smartphones are all super shiny and glossy now! Although it didn't say to do this on the packaging but I cleaned my keyboard with it too haha. Worked great !Really excellent product.Additionally, I was really quite impressed with the quality of the cloth that came in the package. It's a great size in my hand and I could feel it was high quality right away when I handled it.I am a project manager at Microsoft headquarters and will be updating this review when I take this screen cleaner to the office. Great screen cleaner, cleaned my tablet and mobile screens right after I received this from Amazon. I could tell the microfiber cloth was high quality immediately when I held it because of it's weight and density so I was eager to try it on my phone and just wiped it without using any spray.Honestly, my screen was perfectly crystal clear after wiping it just a couple times. I then used it on my tablet and got the same result, but I did have to rub a little on a fingerprint. I figured later I would try the actual spray on it and see if it works well to remove prints.I was pretty amazed with my initial "out of the box" test though.So fast forward a couple days and I actually got around to using the spray on one of my devices, I decided to go after my heavily used Galaxy Tab Pro.I sprayed Screen Joy on the cloth like the packaging suggests and wiped the screen right on some fingerprint marks. The prints were instantly gone. There were no smudges or streaks or anything, in fact my screen is so glossy that it looks brand new. Jubilation!I have about a million screens in my house so I am glad to finally have a big bottle of a good screen cleaner on hand to restore their shine

I bought this screen cleaning solution after reading some positive reviews on Amazon.Today I cleaned our large Samsung lcd tv screen and a smaller model lcd as well as our Apple iMac screen.All appliances were powered off when I wiped them with the supplied soft cloth which I had sprayed with some of the Screen Joy liquid solution.Gently wiping from right to left I then flipped the soft cloth and polished the surface in a circular motion.I did pretty much what the directions said and the finished job looks as I expected it to look.....squeaky clean.The cloth however does get damp all the way through so the polishing had to be done with corners where it was dry.The packaging it comes in is the typical theft proof need a chainsaw to open it sealed hard molded plastic type which I find very irritating.The product did the job with my careful help but is probably no better than previous computer screen liquid cleaners we used made by 3M.

First I must say there are a lot of these products out there but none have the dedication of the owner of the company liike this one. The owner wants to make sure you know how to use the product properly and that you like the product. I received a very nice emaiil from the owner before I received the product. Well that all by itself made me like the product before I even tried it. The product is good. Does a really great job. But we all know, you just don't buy a product you are buying the company and its service as well. Well do not hesitate to buy this product because we need more owners of companies like this.

This product is not only safe for all flat screens but the company takes the time to follow up on your satisfaction and they are more than willing to take the as much time as it takes to help you through any problems you might encounter. IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, I strongly recommend you use a micro fiber cloth dampened with a solution of Distilled white Viniger and Distilled water first to cut throught the nicotine, NOT TOO WET! you may need to do it more than once but once you cut through that horrible tar left behind from the smoking, The Screen Joy will amaze you. It is the perfect screen cleaner. I highly recommend it.

No streaks, leaves tv nice and clean.

Great company follow up right after I got my order. Had a little issue getting the pump started. Found a gentle squeeze to the bottle before spraying solved that. Mentioned this and other feedback to them and got a great follow-up email. What you can't see from the picture is how big and nice the cleaning cloth is. Really useful for larger monitors. What a big improvement for my computer monitor but even a greater impact for my TVs. Also great for phones as just a tiny amount is effective for a small screen. Other companies selling on Amazon could take a lesson on follow-up from this company.
