Although sceptical about buying in to these type non prescription medicines we thought for the money we would try and and we were very wrong to doubt them!Our 14 year old Rottweiler X Staffy has been struggling moving about in the morning, had stopped going up the stairs on his own and just seemed to not be moving very well. Within a week of these (4 a day) he seemed to be moving a lot more freely, he had a bounce back in his step which we were really happy about. He still doesn't go up the stairs though but I think that is due to the fact he enjoys being carried up there. This would be fine with a small dog but he weighs well over 30kgs hahaHe hasn't complained about the flavour at all but I guess when he each pretty much anything you put near him without even chewing he hardly tastes it anyway. There were no ill effects at all when we 1st started them and we have just order the 3rd packet now (have dropped the dose to 3 a day)Personally we think they are brilliant value for the relief they have provided our dog, they have given him a bit of a boost and that's all we could ask for when its under £20 for over a months supply.

I wanted to try these on my 13 year old labrador cross, he has been very stiff getting up and down and stopped running on walks a few months ago. This is his 3rd day on these and on his walk yesterday he started to run albeit slowly around the field which was great to see, I am not sure how they are working after only 6 tablets. It is early days and I dont see any difference in the stiffness getting up and down but its only 3 days, so i have great hopes, i didn't want to get metacalm because of his aqeing kidneys so thought i would try this, he doesnt eat them like sweets and had to be coaxed but he eats them. I will finish the course then give an update i would say to try them you and your dog have nothing to lose.UPDATE the course is finished and my elderly dog is walking better and seems to have gained a new lease of life. He’s not stiff getting up and down but he seems to be moving more freely, enjoying his walks again, so yes they do work !! I have just ordered another lot. A bit pricey but worth every penny .

Had to switch from regular brand as got too pricey. My dog has been taking these for about a year and they seem to work well and she is still very mobile with minimal stiffness. You need to use three a day for a large dog so bear this in mind. I use this brand for my own health supplements and they are really good quality.

My dog doesn't object to them in her food, and there is a noticeable difference in her mobility.

I bought these for my dog who cannot take another popular brand which make her nauseas. I thought this alternative might be ok for her but sadly not. We started on a low dose and worked our way up but she still went off her food and was unable to tolerate them. Initially they were easy to give her and must taste reasonable but once she started to suffer stomach upset with them she stopped taking them. We ended up using these up with my parents dog who doesn't have the same stomach issues and he enjoyed them. He is elderly but doesn't have many issues with his joints etc so it is hard to say whether they were effective. He usually has another brand and we didn't notice any issues with pain or stiffness when he was taking these instead so presumably they were equally effective in dealing with pain and stiffness. They seem like a quality product but just sadly weren't for us.

Use twice a day seem to make a difference.
