Después de investigar y leer sobre este suplemento, finalmente lo compré por mis ovarios poliquísticos, y después de 5 años en la misma relación y jamás haber quedado embarazada, hoy, estoy embarazada y además de eso los quistes de los ovarios se redujeron de 15 a 9 en un ovario. Para mí son un éxito las pastillas.

nice way to take shatavari
I've tried taking it by buying powder in bulk,,but it gets hard fast,,a big hard block,,,so I decided to buy capsules,,this is a 120 capsule bottle ,,I take 2 a day,,am elderly and this herb helps with a feeling of well-being,,,,i like Ayurveda anyhow,, ;)

Organic Shatavari
I just started taking these "Amazing India" Organic Shatavari capsules this month (Aug) and so far all seems well. I take them to balance my hormones as I am going through menopause currently. What I like about this brand compared to a brand I took previously is that I can get these through subscribe & save so I save up to 15% with each order, I also like that I need only 1 pill with food daily and with this large size of 120 capsules this will last 4 months! Quite a bargain for what I paid. I will tell you that the label listing on Amazon does not jive with what the actual label on the bottle says and I am very happy about that. The online label lists "silicon dioxide and magnesium Stearate" as 2 of it's 3 ingredients, but my bottles label says "500 MGS organic Shatavari & vegetable cellulose" and that's it, which works for me because I'm all about fewer ingredients.
