Tamiya 24279-1:24 Porsche Turbo 1988 Road Version

Goes together very easily. This model shines when you add details, e.g., fancy up wheels, make front trunk removable, detail the interior, color the brake lights and turn signals and add LEDs, add Martini racing stripes, etc. Have some fun with it! Made it with a diorama for my son, he and his wife in front of their favorite restaurant, with his Porsche (which he had to sell), eating pizza and drinking wine with his wife, with their fox terrier looking longingly at the pizza on the table. He loved it!

My son really enjoyed this kit.

I purchased the model as a gift and opened it with the recipient. We were both delighted with what we saw .

Unfortunately, the only picture of this product is a real car. There is no way this low rent plastic model will EVER look like the picture, therefore the whole proposition is misleading. I get that in model making, there should be a picture of the thing the model is of. But to be fair to consumers a picture of a finished model or the box contents would be more reasonable. I was extremely disappointed, the item took forever to arrive. Now I have to send it back. Not worth it at all.

Modellino perfetto, più che consigliato per iniziare. Non ha il motore da dipingere, avendo il cofano sigillato, per cui perfetta per chi sta decidendo se cimentarsi o meno nell'hobby.

Buen ensamble, buena calidad, buena inyección. Ampliamente recomendable.

930型の911ターボです。スーパーカーブームの頃は、これを930ターボと呼んでいました。やっぱり、ポルシェと言ったらコレ！ターボという言葉を世間に認知させた車です。リアフェンダーのグラマラスな造形がたまりません。 部品点数が少ないので組み立て自体は超簡単ですが、皆さんのおっしゃるとおり、塗装はマスキング地獄で大変です。サイズも1/24という大きくはないサイズなので、細かなマスキングが大変です。でも、できあがった時のカッコよさは格別です。
