Makes my safety shoes comfortable. I am on my feet 10 hours daily and these inserts make it much more comfortable. Well made.

I recently started working in a large retail store doing inventory management, which requires me to be on my feet for 8+ hours at a time on concrete floors. I also spend a lot of time going up and down tall ladders while carrying boxes that weigh up to 50 lb. I have wide, flat feet and am very prone to plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. By the end of my shift, my feet and ankles are screaming with agony, and it's all I can do to hobble out of the store. I have tried orthotics in the past with no success, as my feet cannot stand anything rigid that would supposedly correct my stance; such products inevitably end up causing me more pain, even after giving them a chance for 3-4 solid months as recommended. I buy high quality running shoes, but they are evidently not enough to combat the abuse that my current work inflicts upon my feet. I began searching for memory foam insoles to give my poor feet some cushioning, and decided to take a chance on the MegaComfort PAM insoles. I am very pleased with this product. After the first day of use, I was still in a lot of pain after work, but it was nowhere near as severe as usual. A family member even commented that I seemed to be getting around a lot better than I normally do after working my shift. I've had these insoles for about a week now, and they have truly helped to decrease the shock to my feet, which results in less pain at the end of the day. I still limp around, but it's not the agonized shuffle that I was reduced to prior to this purchase. In a perfect world, I would have a different job that is not so hard on my feet and joints, but you gotta do what you gotta do, and these insoles have really helped me. They are a bit pricey and I'm not sure how long they'll hold up, but I'm hoping to get at least a few months out of them before I have to buy a new set. They are not a miracle product that will take away all of your pain, but I would recommend them for people who have "problem feet" and get no relief with the gel insoles or the rigid orthotics that so many doctors/physical therapists recommend.

Got these at the suggestion of my sister, who said she recommends these insoles to essential workers at her job. Went from getting blisters and aching painfully after an 8 hour shift, to much less pain after I'm home :) fit great at a mens 9.5W. I've had plantar fasciitis before too, and I feel like the inserts gives good arch support. If you're on your feet all day for work, get these insoles. The difference in pain is night and day.

After an illness over a decade ago where I had tiny blood clots lodge in my feet, my feet have never been as "long lasting" as they used to be. Standing on hard surfaces in work boots for long periods is agony. I have tried lots of different inserts and was looking for something that would mimic the gel cushion kitchen mats that feel so nice when my feet are really giving me fits at the end of the day. These inserts are not miracle workers, they do not totally cause me to feel any foot fatigue and while cushiony, they are not like standing on a gel cushion kitchen mat, however, they do help alleviate some of the pain and they fit in my work boots. I am still on the lookout for the miracle shoe or shoe insole (and I have tried many!).

I use these in my steel toes for work. They are very comfortable. This is my 2nd pair. They lasted about 6 months that is with me doing about 8-12 hours of overtime a week, my job is of me standing and walking for all of my shift. They were easy to cut and fit into my boot. I would recommend these. I feel good value for the price.

I've tried all kinds of insoles including doctor prescribed and these are the most comfortable. I wear them in my work shoes and home shoes. With out them, my feet hurt terrible.

Love these. I’m on my feel for 8-10 hours straight at work. I also have fibromyalgia. While they don’t fully take my pain away, they are 100X better than any others I’ve had.

Just okay. Took a couple days to get used to but then they flattened out considerably. No arch to speak of and I have always thought I have fairly flat feet. Feet are still quite fatigued at the end of the day. They feel pretty amazing for about 2 hours of every day. Too bad work is 8 hours. ;_; Might work better with an arch insert but there is not a lot of ball or toe cushion in them, either. It mostly focuses on the heel. From the reviews, I was really hoping these would be "the ones", but I think my feet are just big babies.

Ces semelles sont confortable et bien épaisses, mais attention, prévoyez d'avoir des chaussures un peu plus grandes, sinon vous aller être serré dedans ! il faut une bonne demi-pointure de plus ! Dans ce cas, c'est très confortable ! J'espère qu'elles dureront longtemps (j'ai posé l'avis après 3 mois, et pour l'instant c'est toujours parfait !)
