This product will work as described.
I ordered the back brace a little large, but I tried it on for fit and to see if it would work as described. I’m convinced the back brace is an excellent product. I re-ordered the same product in a smaller size. I need to wear it to work for back support and posture correction. I recommend this product for anyone who needs the same. Johnnie

Fitsupport Back Brace
For me, it is a little hard getting into with regard to getting my arms thru the support without pulling the straps out. It also doesn't cover the mid back area as much as I would like. The arm straps are a bit uncomfortable as you pull them tight under your arms but didn't cause a lot of discomfort that I didn't wear it. What I found is that I would wear it when I had a day where I was bending over a lot or lifting things and while I had a manageable degree of backpain it really helped me the following day. I would experience no back pain at all, and I could stand up straight. Without the expense of being personally fitted for a brace this works very well for me.

Really excellent back brace
I have just had 2 days of spine fusion surgery with a titanium cage for my spine all the way down from T-8 to the tip of my spine. I then had a bad fall, overbalancing from trying to pick up our lovebird off the hardwood floor, and 8 weeks out from surgery, I'm in more pain from the fall than I was after surgery. The hospital had provided a heavy-duty back brace that worked very well initially and which my surgeon's assistant wanted me to wear again after my fall. I tried but I was just in too much pain with the hospital brace's metal spine support. Also I don’t think it gave me as much shoulder/upper back posture support as I need. This back brace from Amazon is amazing. It is really well constructed, has metal supports (I'm guessing) in the central spine area, but is comfortably padded and beautifully designed. The shoulder straps are wider than on my hospital brace and give a firm but gentle tug to my shoulders to keep them back and to remind me to stand up straight. It all secures really well with Velcro, but make sure you get the right size for you. (I'm 6' 4", 230 lbs, and got an XXL.) Best of all, the brace is so comfortable you can wear it for hours, aware of its subtle "reminders" to your back, and not feel like you've been tortured. It's really comfortable, it gives my spine noticeable support, and I feel better with it on. You can wear this over a T-shirt, under a hoodie, under a blazer, pretty much with anything. I haven't checked it out with my surgeon or physical therapist yet, but if they have any serious comments I'll update the review. I totally recommend this back brace. It also came in under 24 hours, which was fantastic given the pain from my fall.

Return and Replace
This back support is good but without the shoulder straps because it’s very uncomfortable. I want to return it but I need Amazon’s approval.

Great for walking around!
We just returned from an overseas vacation where my wife walked my legs off. My upper back and lower back hurt because I walk so much. I got home and saw this on Amazon after reading it after you get tired you tend to stoop over a little bit causing more pressure on your spine. Those are extremely well built they have a metal rod down the back they might be aluminum but it's very comfortable you can't feel it when it's on you can just feel it when you take it off and try to bend it in half. This gives you strong support across your back lower back and also your upper shoulder area. I can't wait to try this out the next time she decides to walk my legs off LOL if you are concerned about back pain this is inexpensive way to see if it will help I know it will help me!

Eh... wish I had got the other one...
They recommended to go a size up-- why?!?! It stretches very easily, and the waist belt right side only has a tiny (about 1") strip of velcro to connect to the ridiculous amount of velcro underneath that stops short by about 16 inches for me, and I of course got this so I could begin killing it hard again/ more than I was after I got hurt... it's not even possible make it fit. The entire straps which go so far past the connecting part they have nothing to stick to- and again, the left side of the waist belt has at least 16 inches of velcro doing absolutely nothing but bunching up and sliding down, underneath the right side that has no Velcro inside except for the tiny little strip at the end, which comes past/over the left, across my stomach, around my ribs, and almost back around to my spine - I have a 31.5- 32" waist if I measure over my hoodies I start my work out in- so I guess it's a minimum of 16 inches past any of the connecting velcro... except it looks like a heck of a lot more-- like this thing is meant for a guy who is at least 20-30 lbs heavier than I am maybe more like 40 lbs idk it's huge! (I'm 6'2" 175lbs., very athletic- muscular, defined, cut/ripped/toned whatever)- if I wear pants that are tailor fit- like dressy formalwear occasions and such - I'm a 30" waist, 32" length leg or inseam) I climb trees with my chainsaws, and lots of gear for a living...and Backpack Hike/Camp the Presidentals & surrounding mountain ranges all 5000' and above, with my Labrador-- right here in my backyard on my days off-- we live at 4300' above sea level so even a walk in the woods at the house is a serious hike- pack enough to stay out there just in case... I also free solo climb (rock), ice climb, Snowboard, snowshoe, mountain bike, surf, race motoX, skydive, drive without a seatbelt 😱 JK jeez ... Anything else - extreme sport or just extreme - it's how I got a back injury that I had to get a darn back brace for. And since then the other one which is AWESOME. Oh yeah the irony is -- the places with too much velcro- the straps, loop, etc. serve to nothing else but leave you covered in lint, pet hair, threads, and everything else in the world that sticks to velcro. Like a walking fly strip - yuck. And it's not breathable for beans so prepare to sweat a lot more than average. Appearance? If it fit and you look like me-- or a combination of Jake Gyllenhaal (eyes- big & blue like that dudes) Matthew Mcconneagh- same build when he's not playing a super skinny underweight role. Or something like a taller twin brother of the late Paul Walker - that pretty much nails it in one pass... Well, even if you look like that, or chicas: if you look like Jessica Alba, or Alona Tal, or something like Jessica Chastain in Ava- any of the above - it looks like a black back brace that got rolled around in a fuzzy carpet with several dogs and a cat who decided to chew up the couch for lunch- It's definitely not a fashion statement, that's for sure... Weight? it's light. Too light in fact, considering how much this is oversized for me, it still wouldn't support my back if it did fit correctly because the flat support bars and material they're in, stop short by about 8 inches from my lumbar/sacrum L5/S1 where they would have to be in order to support any part of the spine... value for the money: what value? None. Simple, don't waste your money on this, Mueller and many many more companies make excellent alternatives for this thing... I DO NOT recommended this one. At all.

We got this for my husband. He has poor posture, rounded shoulders and low back pain. This brace works very well. Easy to put on and very comfortable.

Helped My Posture More Than I Expected (But Not Perfect)
I bought this back brace mainly because I spend a lot of time sitting—long work sessions plus frequent travel where I’m hunched over a laptop or phone. I started noticing mild lower back discomfort and my posture getting worse, especially after long days. I didn’t want anything too bulky or medical-looking, just something simple to remind me to sit and stand straighter. After using the Fitsupport posture corrector for a few weeks, I’d say it mostly met my expectations, but with a few trade-offs. The first thing I noticed was how lightweight it is. It’s not one of those rigid braces; it’s more of a soft support system that gently pulls your shoulders back. That actually worked well for me because I could wear it under a shirt without it being too obvious. The material feels breathable enough, which matters if you’re wearing it for extended periods. In terms of actual posture correction, it does what it’s supposed to—up to a point. It doesn’t force you into perfect posture, but it gives a constant reminder. If I started slouching, I could feel the tension and adjust myself. Over time, I noticed I was sitting straighter even without it, which was the main goal. That said, it’s not a miracle fix for back pain. It helped reduce mild discomfort, especially in my upper back and shoulders, but if you’re expecting strong lumbar support, this isn’t really that kind of brace. Here’s a quick breakdown based on my experience: What worked well: Lightweight and relatively comfortable for daily use Easy to adjust and put on without much hassle Subtle enough to wear under clothing Helps build awareness of posture over time What could be better: Straps can dig in slightly under the arms after long use Limited lower back/lumbar support Needs occasional readjustment during the day Sizing matters—a wrong size would probably make it uncomfortable For practical use, I found it most helpful during: Desk work sessions (especially when I start slouching without realizing it) Watching shows or using my phone for long periods Light walking, just to keep posture in check I wouldn’t recommend wearing it all day. For me, 1–3 hours at a time was the sweet spot. Longer than that and it starts to feel restrictive. Value for money is reasonable. It’s not expensive, and for what it does—mainly posture awareness and light support—it feels fair. Just don’t expect it to replace proper ergonomics, exercise, or medical-grade support if you have serious back issues. Overall, it did what I hoped: helped me become more conscious of my posture and reduced some everyday discomfort. It’s more of a training tool than a permanent solution, which is actually fine if that’s what you’re looking for.

ok so how do i use this?
At $8, the saying you get what you pay for never has been more true. If it works it works, if not I guess next time I get a better one. Product is quite flimsy and looks cheesy, comes with no instructions how to use it, I guess you have to use your imagination. The waist part is easier to figure out, the shoulder part not so.
