Is it Velcro in the back?

No, mine was not Velcro, it was an iron on application.

No directions for ironing on were included. Can you provide that, please?

The iron on instruction is on the bag: 1, Prepare your patch and preheat the iron (160℃-200℃). 2, Make your clothes smooth and choose the position to iron. A cloth is welcomed to put between the iron and patch/clothes to protect your clothes. You can also turn over the cloth to Iron. (The glue can be easier melt.) 3, Press the Iron for 15 seconds. 4, When the patch cool down, check it. If not ironed, repeat the steps.
