What ingredients are in the trap?

Not sure but as far as I know it is just some attractant and glue, no toxin. They actually work quite well, no smell. My problem is under control but int he beganning they sure bagged a lot of bugs

how to dispose safely all the roaches which are trapped?

You might have to use gloves and put them into a bag and dispose of them outside, not inside your trash, but outside.

how long does it last?

That will depend on the number of roach's you have, I change mine out about every six weeks.

Would these trap a mouse? I prefer live traps for mice but would like to put these out to check for possible bug issues.
