Hyperflex Wetsuit Junior’s Access Shorty Springsuit 2.5mm 4-Way Stretch Premium Neoprene - Anatomical Fit with Adjustable Collar – Surfing, Water Sports, Lake and Pool

I ordered this wetsuit for my 9yr old son who swims weekly at an indoor pool. In the past, he has always worn ONeill wetsuits, but this time I decided to try something new because I was attracted to the styling of this Hyperflex and the price-point was less expensive than O'Neill. We've had this suit for 5 months now and it has held up GREAT! Very similar quality & construction to the O'Neill suits that we've had in the past. Colors have stayed bright and NO fading from the pool. Now...SIZING: Overall, I think the sizing runs on the small side compared to O'Neill (which I feel is sized more "true-to-size") Most wetsuits fit "slim" but I would recommend this suit for the VERY slim. If your child has an "athletic" build, this suit frankly might not fit. We purchased a Hyperflex Junior size 10 to replace an O'Neill Youth 8 and the difference was about one inch of length from shoulder to crotch. It was enough of a difference to make it worth it, but only bc at this price, if he can get a year's worth of wear from this suit, I'll be happy.

I bought this for my 13 year old son. At his age, I expected it to be a bit difficult to buy a wetsuit and get a perfect fit. This one fits well overall except the arms are not a snug fit. He is very happy with the structure/design.

I purchased this wetsuit for my 11-year old son a couple weeks ago and he has worn it every day since, and loves it! My son is taller than most boys his age, has no body fat, and has the waist of a 6-year old. So I was really going back and forth on how to choose the right size. I went onto the manufacture's website and sizing chart, and ended up getting the exact right size. Even when I thought it was going to be too small, I trusted their chart and we nailed it. The 2.5 mm thick neoprene has been a great barrier between his thin body and the cold water. I was unsure if he'd still have a range of motion with having the neoprene covering his shoulders and biceps, compared to some suits that have nylon on the shoulders and arms. It hasn't been a problem and keeps him that much warmer. We mainly bought this suit because on the East coast (D.C. Area), most of the neighborhood pools are not heated. There's really no reason for them to be with East Coast summers, but with no natural insulation on my son, he really feels how cold the water is. We also have an unheated pool at our home. Before, he would swim for maybe 20 minute before getting out. With the suit, he'll stay in for hours. Yay!! I honestly don't know why we didn't buy this sooner! Excellent purchase.

Perfect fit for slim/tall pre-teen who is 5’5” and 90 lbs. Easy on/off and keeps kiddo warm in cold waters and extra coverage plus sun block. We buy these every 2-3 years and love them

Great quality at a great price. Seems very durable. Comfortable. Bought size 14 for my 5'5" lean body son. Height was good but leg and arm openings were a little big. My son though is really lean.

The quality is nice, but our issue for return was not a fit to the size. The return process was easy and smooth, thank you.

Looking for a wet suit for my daughter and this one was perfect. Fit well and looks great

The sizing is a bit off. I would order two sizes and then return the one you don't need. We had four kids and they came in, for us, off in all areas. So we'd have one size come in too big, and another size come in too small. We ordered 5 sizes, and thankfully found 4 that worked.

Swim class is one hour and it does a good job of keeping warm.

Product arrived promptly and is just what I wanted however the box they were shipped in was damaged. No damage to the wetsuits so no problem!
