I'm giving a 5-star rating for the company, not the product. I used this rolling bag for the first time for a trip last month and discovered the telescoping handle is loose, to the point that I'm concerned it may come off while I'm using it. By the time I used it, it was past the return date so I reached out to Ben Sherman. They responded quickly and once I described my issue and sent some pictures, they sent me a refund. Kudos to them.

This suitcase has traveled a few times now and it doesn’t look used at all. This was my first hard shell suitcase and I was nervous it would crack after being checked several times. It still looks brand new. The wheels glide easily. The handle moves up and down easily. I do wish it expanded to fit even more. It’s lightweight and it was a great purchase.

I work for an airline, no I’m not a flight attendant. But I do travel often. I love this bag. It’s a great carryon size. I love that each side zips up and secures your items. I’ve had to open my bag in the terminal and this is nice because you can grab what you need and everything else isn’t falling out or on display to the public. The bag itself is lightweight but sturdy. Rolls easily. And looks beautiful.

This suitcase was attractively-priced and delivered quickly for my needs. I would've returned it had I met the time window, but not upset to have to keep it. The zippered compartments on both sides are helpful. The main zipper functions all right, but it's noticeably not smooth-feeling. Sturdy enough for travel. I love the carrying handle at the bottom. Feels a little cheap but a decent suitcase. Biggest disappointment is that it doesn't expand. Overall, still satisfied with my purchase. Once I bought I started seeing it everywhere at the airport.

I had the larger version, bought during prime days. I was going on a trip, but did not need the bigger suitcase as I was going solo. I did want to check my bag though, so I got a smaller version in the pink and I just love it‼️It rolls so nicely, my first one has held up so well and I’m excited to think that this one will too.

Great quality. I took it on an international trip and it’s still in perfect condition. I feel like the suitcase looks classy and high quality. It quickly became my favorite suitcase.

Avoid at all costs. TERRIBLE customer service. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty but refuse to fulfill it because I bough it through THEM on Amazon. Even the fulfillment company listed on their warranty card refuses to work with them. When I contacted them directly, they kept asking me to contact the company on the card even though they don't service the warranty any longer. Buy once cry once; I'm crying.

I recently took this very attractive suitcase throughout the United Kingdom. It survived on buses, boats, and airplanes and still looks like new. I particularly like the covers on each of the sides inside the case, holding everything in place.
