Good standard pill
Easy to swallow, no side effects - didn't have any effect in boosting magnesium levels but then again Oxide is one of the worse for absorption. It is, however, very good as a natural antacid taken alongside meals. Sorts out my GERD symptoms without the usual problems that PPIs have and because it's low for absorption there's less risk of upsetting electrolyte levels with frequent use.For muscles and boosting magnesium, I've found that magnesium glycinate works best

Works for my nerves / muscles twitching.
I've got health conditions that suddenly I get muscle / nerve pain and spasms / twitching. It does work for that. The strenght - I don't know if it's as stated but it works. It feels like it isn't as strong as advertised but I can be wrong.If you drink coffee / tea excessively that's something your body flushes out - the magnesium. It works for me so get yourself this.
