Positional Sleep Aid | Natural Anti-Snore Belt Teaches Sleeping on Side (Standard Plus)

I've read the other reviews and after using the sleep noodle for a few weeks I wanted to write my own review. First, I'll say there's a few pros and cons to the sleep noodle. At heart it's a basically a good design that definitely works. You will feel a lot more well rested and sleep on your side. Many mornings I wake up on my side next to my wife feeling a lot better! Now I will say it takes time to get used to it and I mean more than a few days too! At first, it's rather uncomfortable against the back but, once you find the right spot it's fine for the most part. Overall it definitely works but, needs some getting used too. The trade off is you sleep much better and it's well worth buying.

The product seems to work, but there’s a chemical smell that rubs off on clothing and prevents me from using the product at all. Will request a refund.

I purchase this (and returned it) to prevent me from sleeping on my back. It is supposed to solve snoring problems, but my issue was/is sleep apnea. This item is a roll of high density foam in a cloth holder with a strap. You are supposed to put it on so that the Noodle fits across your back so that rolling on your back is uncomfortable. Pulling the strap tight enough to prevent slippage is uncomfortable to say the least. It prevents sleeping on your back because in my case it prevented sleeping period. I returned it and devised something of my own with materials I had around the house and that seems to work reasonably well and at least I can get some sleep. My device was free and beats this $50 contraption.

This basically does what it is supposed to do, and keeps you on your side while sleeping. I did have some occasions when I actually rolled onto my back, and just woke up sleeping on this noodle! But, for the most part, it did work. I had a few issues with a sore back, because I ended up sleeping in kind of a twisted shape, but otherwise I think it got me through a period when I needed it!

I've been using the sleep noodle for 3 weeks now and have adjusted to it by using it every night consistently. I'm 5'2, 165 lbs female. I bought the large and it wraps around me comfortably. Whenever my body moves to turn on my back I feel the noodle and move back to the left side position. Your body will adjust to a comfortable position sleeping on your side for several hours without hip discomfort eventually. I am noticing that I'm sleeping longer, 71/2 to 8 hours of sleep, feeling rested! I highly recommend this product for people that have low to moderate sleep apnea. I have no apnea sleeping on my side and moderate apnea on my back. This was recommended to me by a dentist that specializes in mouth devices for apnea. I'm very pleased with the results!

Too uncomfortable to use. The belt fit correctly and I followed the directions. I couldn't go to sleep. I'm a light sleeper and would never have gotten used to it.

I have had 2 CPAP machines and multiple styles of masks. I have made several serious attempts to use it. Everytime, it was very beneficial for me but I found it too cumbersome to keep using. -- At my last medical visit, my doctor said I should stop sleeping on my back; I tried and failed. -- Then I saw an ad for the Sleep Noodle. Needless to say, I was very skeptical that it could make a difference. I kept all the packaging just in case I was going to return it. -- The first night, it took some getting used to. By only the second night, however, I had completely adjusted to it. I got THREE wonderful results: my wife said I completely stopped snoring, I woke up only 1 time vs the usual 3-4 and I feel very rested and energetic after sleeping now. --- I hope that everyone can get all the benefits that I have. I sleep with my Noodle every night now. It is definitely worth a try if you have sleep apnea and haven't been able to use your CPAP machine consistently.

Overall it is worth a try if you have sleep apnea and dislike Cpap. I found the sizing was a bit big. I’m normally a large, but should have bought a medium. It works well for a friend of mine. I have started modifying mine. First problem is the material choices are not comfortable against the skin. Why did they choose rough materials? I'm going to put a soft cotton cover over it. I shortened the length of the foam piece, as again the large is made for a truly Big Boy. Might also try some shoulder straps to keep it positioned and not needing to be cinched down around your waist or chest.

Product does what it says it’s going to do except that it is a little annoying to wear overnight and I found I had to wear a T-shirt so that the strap didn’t hit my back too much. The product works, it does what it supposed to do, but you need to get used to it

THIS SLEEP NOODLE DEFINITELY STOPS THE SNORING! I HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS OVER THE YEARS THAT HAVE NOT WORKED - THIS ITEM IS GREAT AS IT KEEPS MY HUSBAND ON HIS SIDE, AND NO MORE SNORING!
