Gymnic Heavymed 1 Medicine Ball

I purchased a previous one that I absolutely loved and worked very well for my physical therapy. I ordered a second one and when I received it it was much larger than the first. My mistake, I didn’t read the detail. Same brand, price, different vendor and appeared to be the exact same size because they were next to each other in a photo. It took a bit longer to arrive. I realized immediately it was too large and had to return it but they wanted to charge shipping fee. I kept it and gave it to someone who could use it. BEWARE OF Third party vendors.

The ball was exactly as advertised. The delivery time was terrible!! Took six days for what was originally said to be two days.

Using this for what it is intended will give a great work-out. Specifically used to strengthen the shoulder. Good value for the money and good weight.

I used the same ball for my physical therapy classes for my shoulder and it really is high quality. Very pleased and I do not recommend settling for less. It helps me build muscle by pretending to throw and drop the ball but catching it right away.

The media could not be loaded. Quality exercise ball. I’ve used it and abused it for years. if I hadn’t lost it, I would not have had to buy a new one. Cleans nicely, holds up really well.

Good for what I use it for (light exercise). It is a struggle for me at least to pry the plug out of it and fill it when it eventually loses some of it's air. That alone is only reason I didn't give it five stars.

Light weight perfect grip has nice exercise benefits.

I had to have surgery on my arm and have had physical therapy for the past 3 months. I would like to keep up on my exercises at home on my own and knew that I needed this. It is absolutely perfect and the quality is top notch. It is easy to grip and does not feel too soft or squishy . The texture is perfect if you need to work on your grip as it will not slip out of your hands. It is filled with water I believe and holds its shape. The weight is right on target and is perfect for the physical therapy exercises I need to do. Don’t think twice… buy this!
