Amazing Seller, Quality Product, Phenomenal Customer Service, Prompt Delivery!
SECOND EDIT: Since the last edit, I've been having to leave my pomchi at home and she was always dismayed to be left behind. But since contacting the company and explaining I'd like to purchase another mounting system, I've tossed some emails back and forth with the seller, explaining how it was my fault the mount broke and instead of letting me order one, they literally gave me an entire new basket for free! Took less than a week to get here and was in excellent condition. Hooked the thing up right away and while setting up the mount, my pomchi was demanding to get in the basket, lol.So basically, this seller is freaking amazing and I've decided to purchase more things from them because they were so helpful and kind. Amazing seller, quality product, phenomenal customer service that went above and beyond what was asked of them. Would completely recommend them and this basket! Thanks Ohuhu!EDIT: Still really good basket that was put through the test! However...Been using this basket just about daily since we got it and it's been amazing. However, it was really put to the test recently when I swapped it to my road bike and then accidentally crashed with my dog in said basket! It wasnt a very fast crash but we both were knocked off the bike. The basket itself was fully intact, no bends, no breaks, and the dog was perfect and didnt even act like she realized what had happened!I was a little more roughed up than her or the basket but the sucky part is while the basket was fine, the mount that puts it on the bike actually snapped off on one side. So now Im curious if I can somehow order another mount separately to replace the one that got wrecked.I recently convinced myself to take up biking again after... well, never doing it. Haha, my husband had bought me the bike but I never used it because awkwardness, hadn't done it for years, etc. Whatever. Point is, we started biking which was fun this time around surprisingly. We also got a dog bar so our super hyper JRT could purge some of that abundant energy by keeping up with us. (But he is usually trying to pull ahead instead! I fear we'll never wear him out.)Anyway, we also have a little 9 year old chihuahua/pomeranian mix who used to go on our nightly walks for years but when we would go on our 1.5 mile strolls, she started to wear out by the time we got halfway through - so you can imagine how her little toy-sized body was not going to be running beside any bike like the racy JRT and since we bike now, we don't go for walks on top of that so the wee one was out of luck for a while.Enter this basket. I had perused many baskets but this one had good ratings and I was afraid of getting a floppy, crappy basket that would drop her like a hot potato on my front wheel or some other tragic event. I saw the picture here where the person had that big box of cans and thought this would definitely hold my Pomchi! She fluctuates between 8-13 lbs (She's really good at gorging herself when we don't catch it soon enough.) so we were sure this would at least hold her and were pretty sure she'd fit in the basket itself but of course you can only be sure once it gets there. It arrived today and when we opened it, I thought it was REALLY small. Like, too small. As if perhaps I had ordered a wrong size. So I lifted my Pomchi up and slid her down into the basket and I swear it all fit like a glove. It came up pretty high when she sat in it but she could see over and the metal netting on the bottom made her feel secure and her nails didn't snag or anything. She was snug but not cramped. Secure but not pinching. So husband went off to attach it to my bike and it fit well enough. I grabbed a big fluffy towel and stuffed it into the bottom of the basket for extra comfort and we waited til nightfall. (I may be biking but traffic and people still scare me. Ill either get run over or run someone else over! Rather go in the early AM so it's just me and the road.)So we head out to the garage and while he's setting up the JRT's bar, I slip the Pomchi into a harness and attach a carabiner to the hoop and then secure it to the lowest row of bars on the basket that face me. The length gives her room to move but will prevent her from leaping out. (This was my first time doing this, I wasn't sure what her reactions were going to be.)I would suggest getting a harness for your dog as well if you intend to try this as just attaching it to a collar could seriously injure the dog if they try to jump and flop or actually make it out and hang.So she's in the basket, looking around. I'm getting more nervous than she is about it all. After she's secure and I kick the kickstand up, I start inching forward out and down the driveway. She's looking around with mild interest until I get to the end of the driveway where she just flops back against the basket and relaxes completely like she knew she was in for a ride.I give it a go and kick off, going slowish. I had some trouble steering at first as I was directing not only me and the bike but her little 8-13lb body too. It took a bit of getting used to but she didn't care. We started picking up speed and she kept her lounged position in and when we'd turn a corner, she'd lean that way and then straighten when we got to a straight away again. When husband would blow by with the JRT in tow, our Pomchi would look over in more mild interest and flick up her ears and watch them carry on before she nestled back into her towel and turned back to the passing scenes that she had been missing since we started the bike adventures.I was so excited that this worked as flawlessly as it did. The company makes a really good basket and I feel a lot better about biking now that we can take both dogs out again. This is a great way for a toy sized pooch to enjoy life in the fast lane when they are too small, too old or too lazy to go fast themselves.Side note: I haven't gotten the courage to go to a store on my bike yet, let alone tie the thing up and leave it out in the open while I go shopping but it does seem like a ridiculously sturdy grocery basket and the handles work well. (We put the Pomchi in it and I walked around with her inside to get her used to the idea.)Anyway, would recommend. This is awesome. I can't wait to take her out again and I can tell she'll be eager to join us again tomorrow. Thanks for making an awesome product!

Very nice basket. Sturdy
Very nice basket. Sturdy, big enough to hold stuff and very convenient that you can remove the basket and take it with you. Worked so well for my daughter I ordered a second one for my high school son to use for his part time delivery job. Depending on the type of bike you have it might not fit all types of bike frames. My sons bike has a wide frame and the handlebars sit a little different then your average off the shelf bike but all i had to do was bend out the hook part a little on this bike to make it sit the way it was supposed to so the Velcro strap would attach. Great basket

Installation and Use is Amazingly Easy!
The description says it's easy and they are right. The holding bracket hooks over the handle bars and attaches with Velcro. I was able to install it in less than a minute and if for some reason I would want to ride without it, I'm sure it will be just as easy to remove - - and no screws or bolts to loosen or lose. This basket is sturdy enough to carry a small bag of groceries and securely clips onto the holding bracket. I park and lock up my bike at the store, grab my basket from my bike and go shopping with the bike basket inside the store. The basket can actually hold more than I should carry on my bike weight-wise, so I need to be careful not to over-weight the basket, which can make the bike ride a little challenging. When the basket is full, and on the bike, it WILL cause the bike to be off balance and not stand with the kickstand - - but that is to be expected. I highly recommend this basket for anyone looking for one.

Handy, multipurpose basket
This is a great basket for a bike. I love being able to park my bike in front of the local grocer and easily take the basket inside to use as my shopping basket. I only have two issues: the first is that the mounts are a little tight for my particular bike's handlebars. I either have to bend them out (which is no easy task, because the mounting equipment is definitely sturdy and not easily bendable), or have the mounts balance looser than they should on top of my handlebars. My other concern is the handles, which also hold and release the basket on the mount. The handles are only held on through holes in either side of the basket, and one of them fell out while the bike was lying on its side, which I didn't notice for days. I'd still recommend the basket because I haven't seen anything else like it on the market.

Excellent product and excellent customer service
I loved the bike rack, we stayed a month in Key West and used it several times a day. Perfect for storing all kinds of things from groceries to keys to camera to clothing. Nothing fell out because of the mesh bottom. The rack was sturdy and easy to install. I had an issue with the bracket and customer service took care of it immediately. Excellent product with excellent customer service Thank you Michele Wilk

Panier transportable
