No reason to rate it less than 5 as it serves it's purpose. Looks great and the clip is constructed well enough to make me feel secure that it will not unclip on its own. As with all badge reels, be cautious as to not let the badge get caught between anything or the string may snap when you walk away.

Order received on time, packaging was good, product as described. Very good quality, these are not cheap ones. Love this product, gave as gifts and the recipients loved it as well.

saves me always looking for my work id.... we got a new computerized time clock system with just the swipe of my card but when I needed it could never find it. Now no problem....

Item came in working condition and looks great. The only complaint is that the part that attaches to the badge seems a little weak and isn't always reeled in all the way. I don't think it's defective, I just think that it's a little weak.

I am thouroughly impressed with this item. Seems to be made of high quality materials. Will have to wait and see if it holds up at work.

Bought this gift for my husband. He is a die hard Raiders fan, and Raiders a gear is hard to find in Virginia. He loved the badge holder, to show his Raider Nation pride at work.

I really loved this thing for my work badge, but unfortunately it didn't last long before the thread snapped. Thread is too thin and weak for heavy use of constant pulling to clock in and out of work and lunch with on regular basis.
