Why is this item listed at 60 herz refersh rate when the seller has promised me that it is 120 herz?

Because ASSmon Lies on almost EVERYTHING they sell!! What's worse than their Lies is their RATINGS ACCURACY which is TOTAL BULL SHIZIT!!! If you pay attention to their Rating System Scores most of the time they will lump together a manufacturer's BEST score for all items that are similar from that manufacturer INSTEAD of EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM. Just because one item (in the real world) has a excellent rating DOES NOT MEAN that EVERY ITEM or a similar item by the same manufacturer is going to be just as good as the other one (except in ASSamon's fantasy world). For example this tv comes in 3 different sizes 49" 55" and 65" and the rating score you see here is for ALL 3 and NOT THE ONE SHOWN in this ad, just because the 49" version gets a 5 star score (again in the Real world) Does Not  mean the other 2 are just as good. In this case all 3 have Excellent rating scores but if you're understanding what I'm saying you get the idea. I have called ASSamon several times on this and each time I had examples of rating scores being lumped together along with Real world scores (scores found on the internet from several sites) that showed a completely different rating scores between similar items from the same manufacturer. The ASSamon employee agreed with what I showed them but said it was out of their hands and they would notify their superiors, the last time I called about this was around 2 years ago and it still goes on.  Not only this but ASSamon allows any and every member to post feedback and rating scores whether they have bought the item or not.

Which is the main difference between 49sm8000 vs 8600. I just bought the 8000, now i found the 8600 w/ dolby vision. Any extra feature/actualization?

Which country are you in or which country did you purchase the 49SM8000 in? What are the letters after the '8000' on the model number? The SM8000 series is not a TV that was released in the U.S. & we will not have information for it. The letters at the end identify what types of built-in tuners the TVs have. Purchase a UPS Battery backup.  They will condition the power to the TV so it will not see any surges or loss of power/quick power restoration.
