How do you dispense this? Doesn't look like it has an eyedropper and and pouring freely is hard to control. What am I missing?

It is very controlled drip. You can use a little or as munch as you want. I think this is the best value for monk fruit.

Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?

I have used this for about two years. I keep it in a cabinet when not in use. No problems with spoilage. I can’t find anything on the bottle about refrigeration. I would just keep it away from heat and light.

Does this product have Stevia in it?

No. I do not like the taste of stevia. This Tastes very close to the flavor of sugar, I think. I use it in my coffee every day and have not missed sugar (much).

How many carbs? Dietary fibers?

Zero carbs. No significant fiber. I can say replacing my coffee sugar with this has helped me reverse my diabetes diagnosis. No small event. I also use it to sweeten keto granola.
