Not real Bean Flour
Horrible. This flour is NOT all bean flour. I’ve cooked moi moi for over 40 years, and have never encountered anything like this. This is 30%.bean flour and something else. Shame on this manufacturer who thinks people will be the none wiser. Terrible product, not for discerning cooks. Trust me, it’s NOT real bean flour.

Sand Particles
I had anticipated thoroughly enjoying this product and did not intend to leave a negative review. While the product description included a “sand-free” assurance, this unfortunately did not reflect my experience. Although the final product was generally good, the presence of sand particles, after carefully ruling out other ingredients used to prepare the moi-moi, diminished the overall enjoyment. This issue significantly impacted the eating experience. I recommend taking greater care to ensure the product meets the “sand-free” claim because moi-moi grounded partly with sand particles ruins everything.
