I have a DEAD Thumb. I kill even the most IMPERVIOUS, Genetically Augmented, You can NOT Kill it, these plants will grow in moldy, flooded & dried out conditions, seeds; I have killed even these.It does not matter I kill it.Somehow.Some way.I have no idea how to why,Every,Single,Time.But these, though I have had some pretty tight scares, they have not died; YET.So far they have actually managed to live through a Transplanting (killing off all my other seeds I have tried to grow) and being put out in the cold for a good two days and nights.They have grown despite mold on & even in the dirt, no sunlight and DAMP, even wet conditions.Right now I have them dried out and they seem to be doing better.I have had them in BRIGHT Scorching sunlight for many hours every day even and they have made it so far.I just don't know. I have tried everything I know of to keep them alive, yet my time is always monopolized and like all my plants in the past I end up having to abandon them at some point; only to return and see that they are either thriving without any intervention or died off a long time ago. And why either happens I still have no clue at all what so ever. =-(!I have become downright fascinated and have started to peruse this maddening puzzle of plants & how to keep them alive and "happy", only because they make no sense at all to me & I can't figure them out for the life of me. =-(!So yeah, I LOVE this product so far because they have lived through all my Very Diligent LOVE that I have given them that seems to have killed off all my other plants; & really killed them off, DEAD & QUICK. =-(!So Kudos to this Business & Product, they have made it through ME so far! (Which is why I'm reviewing this at all.)Two Thumbs WAY Up! =-D!

Nice little pots and markers, but not a single seed sprouted out of this kit. I've been growing plants for close to 40 years so I'm not a newbie.. and not a one started. The pots are sorta weird too for indoor use. When using inside, they tended to want to mold, very fast. If I used them outside, they didn't.? Probably won't be using anymore of this type in the future.

(3 kids under 3 years old here) I wanted to teach them how to grown plants and these were just the perfect little starter kids for them.

I wanted to try to plant tomatoes from the seeds. I really didn't expect these to germinate so fast, it's still cold but I followed the directions, placed them in my window seal. It's been exactly 7 days since I planted them. All are producing except for the SuperSauce hybrid (but I bet they will) These would be Great to do with kids. I'm impressed with these. I'll come back and update how they do when I plant them in my yard and how they taiste. But for now, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE! The water does come out from the bottom pretty quickly. I would suggest to place a small bowl under them the first week, and water in the bowl will get absorbed back into to plant. I've always bought my tomatoe plants ready to put in my garden. To be able to grow from seed are pretty cool. If you follow the directions they give you, they will grow. Will be back later to update!!! Don't knock it until you try it!

These are growing well for the most part. The basil never sprouted for me but the other have. I also accidentally left them outside during a freeze and they did not like that but they are bouncing back.

The media could not be loaded.  I have never expanded compressed soil pellets before and did not expect it to be so much! For anyone reading this, make sure you give it plenty of room to expand. There's more than enough soil to fill the pots provided and maybe another 2 pots. Then you get full seed packages, which is more than enough as you really only need to germinate one seedling per pot (we don't need overcrowding issues). This is perfect because many of these plants die out (especially after they bloom). And you have plenty of seeds to plant for the next season.I didn't plant the cilantro and gave it away to a friend as this herb tastes like soap to me (I'm one of those lucky people). This is why it's not pictured. Everything came intact.The only con is I had to go buy some drainage dishes. But I bought these little 50 cent plastic ones.

This was so simple ! All the seeds came up. They are worth the money! Look forward for next years crop already!

Very cute. Easy to use. Simple and straight-forward. Maybe not completely worth the money, to be honest, but highly convenient so that's really what you're paying for: the convenience. It's more the satisfaction of having it and watching them grow on your windowsill or whatever than actual usefulness but a good product overall. Super easy to use, even if you don't have a green thumb.
