Excelente para regular problemas de menstruación. En mi caso los médicos por problema genético me habían diagnosticado que no podría ser madre, lo tomaba para aliviar los malestares menstruales y sin esperarlo salí embarazada. Y tuve dos hijos, gracias al ETERNO, Amén.

I stopped taken the Lydia Pinkham, but when I was using it, I was taking it so much until it would have not had time to expire. There should be a 800 number to call on the bottle/box.

I have never taken the pills, just the liquid. I do think the liquid has quicker absorption. I would surely give it a try if I were you.

Does it need to be in the refrigerator

No needs refrigeration. Always tastes really bad. It didnt work for me, but i still have half of bottle. Awaiting results.
