It’s very stable and easy to use even at my age (80). I have been struggling with a hip injury and after the first week this waver has released the guarding muscles and I am now able to get my walks (5miles) done without pain. I expect to find many more benefits as I continue to use this great machine.

This vibration plate has to be one of my favorite Amazon purchases yet. It works great, and actually makes me want to work out. It's comfortable, you can even sit and put your feet on it (don't try to write - it shakes). The plate is clearly marked for walking, jogging, and running, so it's a great way to get an excellent workout every day while having fun! Helps my legs strengthen and my balance. I'd give it ten stars if I could!

This is great for aching legs, they feel so good after 15 - 20 minutes, can stand or sit, it is great for overall health, great way to get circulation moving, seems to be very well built, love the remote that allows you to adjust the vibration

I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro. 1. I loved the lifetime warranty. 2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support. 3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported. 4. Price I have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites... Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement! The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3. Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine. I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

Very sturdy and strong...heavy! Does the job well. Still easy to move around when needed. I don't really have a space to leave it out but set it up each morning to use. The vibration is very strong. For the price it is a great deal. first morning I used my hips felt so ready for the day. The operation is very easy to do and with the remote you are ready to go.

I will never be without a LifePro Waver Vibration Plate again. It is a high quality product with the best company customer service I’ve ever experienced and veteran-owned! I get all my family and friends to try it out and have had 4 people I referred, purchase one. I recommend it to everyone I talk to about it. It helps you just feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. This is one of those products that is not a scam. It really enhances health and wellness, including recovery and mobility. Well made and does the job. I’ve learned to do multiple routines on the waver, 15 min a day and it takes all the stress right out of my body and I feel great after. It’s very quiet it makes a kind of humming noise (I can do it while my family watches TV.) The model I purchased is a wider option which I like, some exercises I do I need the full plate others I do only in the middle of the plate is the lowest intensity as your feet spread out to the edges it becomes more intense (you can adjust these levels depending on your individual comfort level. It’s a great exercise tool easy to use and time efficient. I love it! (I have it set up in my dining room so can look out into the garden when I’m on it (it’s very easy to pick up and move)

We have no idea of the product is any good or not because it's not compatible with the power supply in the UAE. The sellers total lack of product information is very frustrating. If you live in the UAE do not order this product as its 110v ONLY.

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!

I was looking for an alternative to press ups and ab crunches. I am not a fitness freak, I am an average middle aged bloke. I sought an alternative as I was beginning to suffer from tennis elbow, a repetitive strain injury being inflamed by the press ups. I picked this machine as it had the best and most feedback. It arrived well packed. I registered the machine with Life Pro. Soon I received an email informing me that I had a life time warranty and access to exercise and advice on the Life Pro portal. I am regularly receiving emails from Life Pro to encourage and inspire me to get on with it. The box contains the vibration deck, elastic ropes which attach to the deck and a set of elastic exercise bands, an instruction book and a quick start card. I started on level 3 with feet apart. I did ten minutes comprising three different exercises. Just doing the plank on this machine makes you ache! I am a week in and now on level 5. I have not changed my routine yet. I still ache afterwards but my posture has improved, my knees miraculously have stopped cracking when I get up. My legs and torso feels tight. Its very impressive. I have decided to improve mainly my core strength because I have a fused back vertebrae. This makes herniated discs a common occurrence. The orthopedic consultant's advice to me was brutal, I was too fat with bad posture. I was told to go away and lose 4 stone and do some planking. Improving core strength keeps all your spinal bits in place and aids bending and lifting. I have lost over 4 stone by doing a reverse meal diet. A big breakfast, smaller lunch and very little for dinner. I try to eat my last meal as early as possible ( ideally before 7pm), I then do not eat till the next day (or at least 12 hours from last meal), just drink water. If you can do this, the weight falls off easily. It becomes a life change though. Returning to late night KFC will quickly reverse all the hard work. You will lose your massive appetite. This machine has so far helped me. I walk more upright and my upper and lower torso feel taught. My elbow no longer hurts. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this machine. It is helping me. I have to buy smaller clothes now, down from a 42 waist to 36. I did put my back out doing some gardening but was pain free in just two days. Normally I wouldn't be able to walk for over two weeks. If you suffer from bad knees and back pain, don't hesitate. Keep at the exercise, you will feel taller and more flexible. It is working for me.
