I wanted a stainless steel cat litter box, which are stupid expensive. I'm surprised how much more affordable this steel pan is. I should have gotten one a little less long, but the 6.13" height is perfect. At any rate, it is very strong, which is great for the kitty and when I have to carry it some place else for it's weekly thorough cleaning. We had a plastic box to start with and got a steel one after reading more about cleanliness (litter boxes are the only problem I have with cats). We also use a stainless steel scoop and the pan does not have a scratch on it, so there's no place for bacteria or whatever. And nothing sticks to it which makes daily as well as weekly clean up as easy as it can be. It really is a great solution for an icky problem. [Cat guardians: look up Litter Genie. It makes life so much easier.]

This is a weird review, but I bought this to use as a litter box because most stainless steel ones are $60. I works great! However, I found out last week that our local PetSmart now sells stainless steel boxes that are almost the exact size as this for $35. So, if you're buying this to use as a litter box, you might have better options nearby.

I am using this for catching annealed brass for reloading. It holds up to banging, heat, chemicals well.

These pans are okay, but much thinner than others and they don't have the bump outs to help the pans stack, but not stick together. If you want good quality, you are going to have to pay more.

Love this pan. We use it to make our dogs food. This is the perfect size.

I had scoured this site for a replacement for my stained plastic dishpan, and I was so glad I found this one. It fits perfectly in my double bowl sink, and is roomy enough that I am able to soak my dishes before washing them, which is my preference. The material is sturdy and the stainless steel is thick enough, but not so thick that it weighs too much. Highly recommend!

Used to replace the water reservoir in my smoker actually, and works great for that use

After 2 weeks of use, the bottom and sides, inside the pans are now rough (abrasive) to the touch. This should not happen if they are truly stainless steel. Will they continue to degrade ? Is it safe to continue to put food inside ? My old set of stainless steel pots and pans are still smooth after years of use. Can you explain why this has occurred with the pans you had sent ?

Excellent pan for boiling down maple sap into maple syrup over an open pit fire.

I got this through Warehouse Deals at a discount. It arrived a little bruised, but I don't care because as long as it doesn't leak, and bent edges or dents can be hammered out. :) I use this one for casseroles. Great capacity, so you can really feed a small-ish crowd, no problem. (10 - 12 people easily) Good. quality stainless steel, but not overly heavy. Recommended. :)

Satisfactory delivery and quite adequate domestic home food sized pan. The pan longevity may need to be proven over future kitchen usage.
