I was loosing more hair than usual, probably due to dietary changes. This product seems to be working for hair health and decreasing hair shedding. I have only been taking for 3 weeks, so will reevaluate in a month.

I have been using the Nature’s Best Herbals Collagen Complex for the past 2 months with great results. The capsule is easily taken and digested. I have had no GI distress or heartburn like other collagen products. My joints can feel the improvements, especially my knees and going down stairs.

Have been taking these for three months. Haven't seen any difference in my skin and nails. Wouldn't buy again. They are priced much higher than other brands.

The bottle contains 90 capsules which is enough for a month of serving (recommended 3 pills per day). The price appears comparable to other collagen supplements that are being sold on the market. I have just started taking the collagen so it’s a bit too early to know whether they work or not. The capsule pills are easy to take, much easier than the powder form which comes in some collagen products. I have taken the pills for several weeks and have felt a little less creaky in my joints. So far so good.
