This is a big container of mayonnaise. The plastic jar seals great and it arrived fresh. This is not an oily mayonnaise it is made from egg yolks, it is savory, versatile, and excellent. If you have the space in your refrigerator this will save you money. Use on sandwiches, add to salads, soups, add to macaroni & cheese instead of butter, make dipping sauces, and it has a nice aroma not a sour unpleasant one. Buy it you will love it.

You don't think that the 'extra heavy' mayo makes that much of a difference until you try it. Makes summer pasta salads creamier and less watery. Good investment for the summer. I decant it into smaller mason jars to make storage easier.

I love this mayo. We make chicken or tuna salad often. When using regular mayo there always seem we had liquid to drain because there was some separation in the mayo. Heavy mayo that doesn't happen. Instead you have a thicker and richer mayo. My friends beg me for the secret to my chicken salad. They can't believe it's just because of her mayo. Excellent price, quality hih, taste amazing. I recommend it all the time. It is a big Kar so it takes up a lot of space in the refrigerator if I didn't get the second refrigerator it might have been a problem but it's so good I'd make it work

But sometimes the sandwich was made by a restaurant or deli and the secret ingredient is the mayo. Hellman's Mayo is the good stuff. I can't by this stuff at the local supermarket and all the other brands of mayo have an odd flavor. Mayo is meant to enhance your food, not flavor it. I even tried making mayo from scratch and I can't beat this stuff. The other thing want to point out: this is 'extra heavy' mayo with a thicker consistency. That means it won't make bread soggy. Use for sauces and I promise they will turn out better. It also works great when browning meats in the air fryer. I just mix my seasonings in with some mayo and brush the mixture on before putting it in the air fryer. Don't be afraid to buy this big jug. It will keep a long time in the fridge and I just use it to refill a smaller jar.

I thought that Hellmann's had ceased making this and was surprised to find this industrial sized jar. For a boomer like myself, this has brought back all the flavor of my youth by improving every recipe calling for mayo that I have. It's like all the aunts and grandma are in the kitchen working their magic! I even ground up spiced ham with pickle and mayo for sandwiches again. Glad I stumbled across this but I'm not telling my family why everything is tasting better this summer.

Sent me expired product will not use them again! I mean don’t get me wrong. The product itself is a wonderful product so I would still buy Hellmann’s. I would not buy it through this seller. My product is expired, and there are no returns.

It tastes good and fresh, but was a little too easy to use; I'm using too much. The size is super, the flavor is outstanding, and I'm going to use the barrel for something cause it doesn't leak. I was running an experiment, and so bought this along with a gal of ranch dressing. Both are primarily soy oil. After not eating soy oil for two years, and only half way through these two products, my entire musculature has started aching severely during most of the day, especially while laying down/not moving.

This is THE most delicious mayo you'll ever taste!! So much better than the stuff sold in grocery stores!!!!!!
