Buy it for your traditional South indian/ North Indian tadkas/tempering. Simply love it in our regular Italian and Chinese sauces. Love it on pizzas too. It's just amazing. Non spicy and perfectly red for that awesome dash of colour.

Have been searching for the authentic kashmiri mirch for quite some time, really glad i found it.Make sure to show this product some direct sunlight after opening the packet for eliminating the possiblity of fungus build up.It’s quite spicy and gives the food really good red color,Happy with the quality
