They are not for piercing. They are fake. They are magnetic.

Can these go in your tounge

Possibly...but they are very large, not like shown in photo. I bought them to use on upper ear, but they’re way to big. They’d prob say no to tongue due to swallowing a magnet. The magnet is strong.

The stone goes on the outside of your nose and the magnet goes on the inside of your nose. Same with ears. Stone in front of ear, and magnet in back.

Does this adhere to ear cartilage and stays?

These things are so damn tiny they might fall in your ear. I threw them away. I doubt that they contact through the skin because they are so small. Don’t trust it .
