I purchased a vacuum in November 2020. It has been an amazing product, especially with my 2 fur babies. Such a time saver, excellent on hardwood floors and recently our LVP floors. I started to get an error message in October and it would shut off less than 30 seconds after starting it. The vacuum itself had a manufacturer warranty for 2 years(I read the reviews from people trying to get their issues resolved going directly through the manufacturer. Their experiences did not seem to go as smoothly as my experience with Asurion). Thankfully I had purchased the 3 year warranty and reached out to Asurion. They were so helpful, sent over a shipping label to be able to send my vacuum in to be repaired and if not, reimbursed with a gift card to purchase another one. It took just about a week and a half from when I shipped the vacuum to receive the reimbursement. Asurion notifies you when they receive the product and gives you status updates, excellent customer care! Initially when I called Asurion and got off of the phone with the rep, I tried to use the vacuum again, I really needed to clean my floors and did not want to have to vacuum with a regular vacuum and stiffer/steam mop. I placed the vacuum on the charging base and did another self cleaning. It worked and I was able to use the tineco again. I called Asurion to cancel my claim since it was working and they rep recommended to keep it open just in case. 4 weeks later, I receive a different notification from the vacuum to contact customer service, I wasn't even able to turn the vacuum on for more than 10 seconds and the alert to come on. I shipped out the vacuum and it was unable to get repaired, but now I am able to get a better version of the tineco(s5 pro- currently on sale) + another warranty for with only having to pay for tax + another $60 for 3 year warranty on the s5 pro. Definitely worth spending a little extra, I would've ended up spending over $500 for the s5 pro + warranty. Unfortunate that the ONE s3 barely made it to the 2 year mark but I do use it a a minimum twice a week and it's a great product! The warranty is worth it!

Always a great experience with Asurion. wish all warranty companies were like this. my robot vacuum died they sent a prepaid label to ship for repair. found out the part to repair was no longer available and send an amazon gift card for the purchased amount. couldn't ask for more.

Very fast and easy

Added Asurion to a robotic vacuum cleaner. The thing started acting up after about 14 months, and a few months later gave up completely. Contacted Asurion, which wasn’t as smoothly an online process but had to be taken through directly contacting them. But it worked. They provided the shipping label. I send the product to them, they declared it unrepearable, and refunded my full purchase amount of the vacuum as an Amazon gift card. Time to go shopping for another robotic vacuum……

No issues what so ever , simple process

Easy to use, quick turn around time for service, prompt updates and extremely reliable
