Great gift
I bought these for everyone I used to work with. I had to retire due to the stress & toxicity of my work environment. Reading this book is helping in my recovery from the burn out & stress induced illnesses. I hope it will help them as well, and that will take the time to read it, because I'd hate for anyone else to go through my last 10 years. The book is clear and easy to read with well written practice exercises and explanations. Highly recommended.

Wow
I did not realize how much I was thinking negatively when I thought, but just after reading the first chapter, I am already aware of my thought and how I am directing them. In the first chapter, it gave me a direction to go instead of the one I would have never gone unless I was thinking about that when I'm not doing anything but daydreaming about my younger years. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a better way to live your life through healthier thoughts then this is the book for you.

Transformation in words
Rarely do I read a book, of any genre, really, but especially self help, in which every word matters. This is one such book. Ingerman accomplishes with skilled brevity sharing her own very honest experience with illness, healing, and mindset, alongside practical instructions for others to do the same. Drawing on her shamanic path and skills she delivers in this text exercises that are quite doable by anyone of any path who wishes to influence his or her own wellbeing. Ingerman carefully associates that the attentiveness one gives oneself benefits All, a principle that draws the work of this book to a strong conclusion: you cannot fail when you take care of yourself. Every little bit helps everyone. I have recommended this book to many people who deal with chronic illness or who want to become more active in their wellbeing.
